How it started: Doubt and zero endurance. How it’s going: Reaching my goals, one run at a time! 🏃🏻 From struggling with every step to crossing finish lines 🏅 it’s been a journey of sweat, determination, and growth 💪 #weightlossjourney #marathon #transformation #keepgoing #acheive by @true_warrior_here
What an incredible experience this weight loss journey has been! It has been a remarkable adventure, brimming with self-exploration, and tremendous personal development. I didn't have the luxury of a personal fitness coach or trainer by my side. Instead, I relied solely on my own determination and commitment to transform myself both physically and mentally. From the very beginning, I set realistic goals for myself. I knew that losing weight wouldn't happen overnight, so I embraced a slow and steady approach. I started by making small changes to my lifestyle, such as opting for healthier food choices and incorporating regular exercise into my routine. One of the most important aspects of my journey was self-reflection. I took the time to understand my relationship with food and the emotional triggers that led to overeating. By addressing these underlying issues, I was able to develop a healthier mindset and a more positive relationship with my body. Friends and family played a crucial role in keeping me motivated and accountable. Their encouragement and words of wisdom served as a constant reminder of why I embarked on this journey in the first place. 💞 Of course, there were ups and downs along the way. There were moments of self-doubt and frustration, but I never let them deter me from my goal. I learned to be kind to myself and celebrate every milestone, no matter how small. As of today, after a span of 10 months, I have lost 40kgs (88 pounds), going from 106kgs to my current weight of 66kgs.I am filled with pride for the progress I have achieved. For those embarking on a personal weight loss journey, it's crucial to recognize your own potential for change. Embrace the journey, exercise patience, and have faith in the process. Surround yourself with positivity and never underestimate your own inner strength. Remember, if I can achieve this, so can you! 💖 #weightlossjourney #selfwork #organictransformation #believeinyourself #healthandfitness #selflove #transformation #weightloss #mystory #version2 by @true_warrior_here

When the sun rises, it rises for all. But some sunrises feel a little different. The calm sea, the morning breeze, and that beautiful atmosphere in Kanyakumari made this one worth waking up for. No added sounds, no edits to the ambience, just the raw sounds captured as the sun rose. Kanyakumari, you were beautiful. ❤️ #kanyakumari #sunrise #travelreel #rawsound #naturelover by @true_warrior_here

POV: You spent Onam week in Trivandrum 🌼 A week of colours, celebrations, traditions, good food and little moments that made me fall in love with Kerala all over again. 💛 Trivandrum, you truly felt like a whole vibe. 🫶 A vibe that can’t be explained beyond this reel. So much to feel, so little that can be highlighted. ✨ #trivandrum #trivandrumdiaries🌴 #kerala #onam2026🏵️🌼 #onamvibes🌸 by @true_warrior_here
