Loneliness is an epidemic. The medicine is community.

At this point, it’s not optional, it’s essential.
We’re more connected than ever, yet more isolated than ever.

What we don’t process, we carry. What we don’t confess, we bury. And trying to handle everything alone will eventually show up in your mind, your body, and your spirit.

Real data: U.S. Surgeon General declared loneliness a public health crisis. Linked to anxiety, depression, heart disease, and shorter lifespan. This is deeper than a feeling. It’s affecting how we live.

We were never designed to do this alone.
We need real spaces. Real conversations. Real alignment.

Something intentional is coming.
A space to be seen, heard, and actually move forward.

Proverbs 27:17 “As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another.”

The world will always give you problems, distractions, + headlines that pull your attention away from The Most High God’s blessings.

Don’t let the noise make you forget to sit still long enough to count them. 🕊️

Renew your mind. Pray. Prepare.
Do the work, then trust The Most High with the outcome.

Faith isn’t passive. Move in trust and let The Almighty direct the path.

Be like a tree planted by rivers of water. Rooted + fruitful. Expect superabundantly, because The Most High is able to do far beyond anything you could ask, think, or imagine.

REVOLUTIONARY LOVE —

Love isn’t weakness. It’s one of the most revolutionary acts in a divided world.

The enemy thrives on division. Christ calls us to something greater. Truth without hatred, conviction without cruelty, and love without compromise.

Your assignment isn’t to become what you’re fighting against. It’s to reflect the character of God.

“Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.”

“Crash out”: slang term for experiencing a sudden, uncontrollable outburst of rage, distress, or a complete mental/emotional breakdown. It describes ‘losing it,’ snapping, or reacting with extreme anger or shutting down due to overwhelming stress, frustration, or being overstimulated.

What’s in you that could make you crash out?

Pause and measure it against the fruit of the Spirit: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, gentleness, self-control.

Before you text it or say it — regulate it. Move, breathe, call someone, write it out.

It’s time to be the most refined version of yourself because you now know better.

Our Prayer of The Week 🪽

Our Mighty & Matchless Most High God — we come before You at the start of this new quarter with clarity and intention. Thank You for carrying us through the past three months and for every lesson, breakthrough, and connection. We ask for divine focus to lock in on what truly matters and release what no longer aligns. Teach us to control what we can control, our discipline, our response, our obedience, and our consistency. Refine us in the fruit of the Spirit so that how we show up reflects who You created us to be.

Give us the courage to write the vision clearly and the discipline to move on it without hesitation. Help us not just to observe what is happening around us, but to move with precision in what You’ve assigned to us. Align our time, energy, and actions with Your pace — Godspeed. Show us what must be cut and give us the strength to release every weight that slows us down. Let every distraction, delay, and excess fall off so we can move light, sharp, and in step with You. Teach us to honor our bodies as temples and steward our health with intention and discipline. We receive Your strategy and commit to executing with excellence and in your speed according to Your will. In Yeshua, Our Christ we pray — amen.

“Therefore, since we have so great a cloud of witnesses surrounding us, let’s also lay aside every hindrance and the sin that so easily entangles us, and let’s run with endurance the race that is set before us.” — Hebrews 12:1 by @truthinthewyld

EDGE OF FAITH —

There is a place most people never stay long enough to understand, and it is the edge. It is where comfort runs out and control slips, yet The Most High is still calling you forward. At the edge, relationships can feel uncertain, business feels risky, family situations feel overwhelming, and the mind fills with anxiety and imagined outcomes.

But this is where faith becomes real.

Most people don’t stay here, they escape through distraction, work, scrolling, substances, or anything that numbs the tension. But numbing the edge will always cost you the growth waiting on the other side. The edge is not where you break, it is where you are refined. It is where trust becomes a lifestyle, not just a word.

To stand here with Yeshua means choosing obedience over comfort and peace over panic. It means living the fruits of the Spirit when everything in you wants to react or walk away.
Stay at the edge in faith, because this is where Our Source meets you and transforms you.

“Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.” — Hebrews 11:1

Pray: Father God, still my mind, anchor my heart, and lead me by Your Spirit. Help me trust You in totality, walk in Your truth, and live out the fruits of the Spirit in every decision in any situation. Solidify my armor against all spiritual warfare. Strengthen me to stand, not run, knowing You are already ahead of me. In Yeshua’s name + authority, Amen. by @truthinthewyld
