There is something incredibly freeing about no longer looking for perfection.
Not in your body.
Not in relationships.
Not in people.
Not in sport.
Not in yourself.
At some point, you simply make peace with what is and save your energy for what truly matters. The journey becomes lighter. And somehow, you learn to love it much more. 🤍 @primefit_performance_gym by @tsekhanovich.rowing

Asian Games are over, but I can still feel the mix of emotions. 🌊
Behind every pretty Instagram post is a whole life you don’t see.😉
Every race is an invaluable experience something to reflect on, analyse honestly, and learn from. To understand your strengths and weaknesses, turn the lessons into a clear plan, and use them as a starting point for what comes next.
Because real change comes from reflection, honest analysis, and consistent action.

Love it 💪🏼🖤 by @tsekhanovich.rowing

Results are important, but what makes me the proudest is seeing these young athletes grow.
Over the last few days, I saw discipline, courage, teamwork, and trust in the process. I saw athletes supporting each other, staying focused under pressure, and fighting until the finish line.

🏅 Asian Beach Sprint Championship:
🥇 U16 M1x
🥇 U16 M2x
🥈 U19 M1x
🥇 U19 W2x
🥉 Senior W2x

These medals are not the destination—they are proof that we are moving in the right direction.

The future is bright. Let’s keep working. 🚣 @phi_rowing 🇵🇭 by @tsekhanovich.rowing

Coastal team 💪🏼One day of our training camp in Siargao 🌴🌊 by @tsekhanovich.rowing

Just a quick reflection on our latest competition.

We had four crews:
M1x – FA 6th place
W2x – FA 5th place
LM1x – FA 6th place
M2- – FB 10th place

It’s a solid start to the season. There were many mistakes, but that’s often where the best lessons come from.

I truly believe that wins don’t make champions — tough losses, unexpected mistakes, and challenges do. They build stronger athletes and teach far more than success ever can.

Not everyone is able to reflect, learn, and come back with even greater passion to improve. But that’s exactly the mindset we are building.

Lesson learned — and we move forward 💪🏼
The team is ready to work harder and stay focused on improving. by @tsekhanovich.rowing
