POSTS STORIES REELS

Vest season is here 🍂

This is the time of year when a good vest earns its place in your wardrobe – layered over a shirt on crisp mornings, over a sweater when the real cold arrives. And two of our favourites are waiting for you in Tukubook.

The Amanda vest by Claudia Duran (@mochiknits) is a classic with practical pockets and beautifully finished details. It’s knitted with Tukuwool Fingering and Silk Mohair held together throughout, which makes it soft, airy and warm.

The TukuTank Top by Beatrice Olsson @knitritious is a simple stockinette top in Tukuwool Fingering that works just as well as a slipover. Knit it in one colour, or add stripes for a playful twist.

Tukubook was published last autumn, and its 16 patterns – sweaters, cardigans, a vest, a top, shawls, mittens and socks – are still waiting to be knitted. Each pattern comes in 8–10 sizes. by @tukuwool

Kauan odotettu lasti @tukuwool Silk Mohairia saapui viimein!

Our long-awaited delivery of @tukuwool Silk Mohair is finally here! 🤎 Including one of your favourite shades, Calluna – shown here in PetiteKnit’s Cumulus Blouse. A soft halo and a beautiful colour make this such a lovely autumn knit! by @tukuwool

Meet Rae, the newest shade in Tukuwool DK! 🩶 Already part of our Fingering palette, this beautiful warm dark grey now joins the DK family. Deep and softly muted, it’s a lovely addition to the colour palette.

In the video, a new project is taking shape with Rae held together with Tukuwool Silk Mohair in Dark Coffee — a rich, cosy combination for autumn knitting. 🧶 by @tukuwool

Finnish wool meets the stories of the Kalevala. 🤎 @ihtiriekkoknits Jenna Kostet’s upcoming book, Knitted Kalevala 3, features three designs knitted in Tukuwool yarns!

Following Knitted Kalevala and Knitted Kalevala 2, this third and final volume completes Jenna’s journey through the Finnish national epic. Across six years and three books, she has transformed its 50 poems into more than 50 knitting patterns, weaving mythology, traditional symbolism and storytelling into every collection.

The new book includes 18 patterns, from classic yoke sweaters to modern colourwork designs and simpler projects for knitters beginning to explore the technique. A beautiful continuation for those who loved the earlier books — and an invitation to discover Jenna’s world for the first time.

Knitted Kalevala 3 arrives on November 5 by @laine_publishing Preorder your copy and start dreaming up your Tukuwool colours! 🧶 by @tukuwool

Overgrown by @_.annajohanna._ on the runway at @lankakauppatitityy 20th birthday fashion show! 🤎 Originally released as a mystery knit-along, this hugely popular design was a joy to see on the runway.

Knitted in Tukuwool Fingering, Overgrown is still lovely inspiration for autumn knitting. 🧶

Juhlavuoden kunniaksi kutsuimme mukaan luottovärjärimme – Eldur Yarnsin Kaisan ja Arton @elduryarns sekä nurjan Eveliinan @nurja.fi – suunnittelemaan meille omat juhlavärityksensä Tukuwool Sock -langasta. Annoimme molemmille saman mood boardin inspiraatioksi, ja he loihtivat sen pohjalta kaksi upeaa, keskenään aivan erilaista juhlaväriä.

Klubipaketti sisältää nämä kaksi käsinvärjättyä juhlavyyhtiä sekä Titityy 20 v -projektipussin, jonka Knit. Love. Unite. -kuvituksen @pelhodesign on suunnitellut juuri tätä klubia varten. ❤️

Sukkaklubia on saatavana vain rajattu juhlaerä Titityyn verkkokaupasta. Toimitukset alkavat 30.9.

It’s here – the Titityy 20th Anniversary Sock Club! 🧦💖

For our anniversary, we invited our trusted hand dyers – Kaisa and Arto from @elduryarns and Eveliina from @nurja.fi – to create special colourways for us on a Tukuwool Sock base. We gave them the same Titityy 20th anniversary mood board for inspiration, and they worked their magic to create two gorgeous and completely different anniversary colourways.

The club includes these two hand-dyed anniversary skeins and a Titityy 20th Anniversary project bag featuring the Knit. Love. Unite. design created by @pelhodesign especially for this club. ❤️

Available in a limited anniversary edition from the Titityy webshop. Shipping starts September 30. by @tukuwool

Sunnuntain suloiset silmukat ja Poet Skirt @sari_n_ 🤎 Hame nähtiin yhdessä Poet paidan kanssa viime viikonlopun muotinäytöksessä ja on se vaan ihana setti!

Lankoina Tukuwool Fingering Runo & Tukuwool Silk Mohair sävyssä Manna.

@sari_n_ 🤎 The skirt was featured together with the Poet Sweater in last weekend’s fashion show – and they really make such a beautiful set!

Both are knitted in @tukuwool yarns: Fingering in Runo & Silk Mohair in Manna. 🤎 by @tukuwool

Hurtigruten is out today! ❄️
The pattern for is 20% off until Sunday (no code needed)

The name, Hurtigruten, comes from a voyage I took earlier this year along the coast of Norway. I had carried yarn with me, @tukuwool Nordic Resilk, and inspired by the gorgeous knitwear and colorwork, I designed my own version 🖤
Simple motifs, texture and a great fit, ad always.
Hurtigruten has short row shaping on the neckline, and compound raglan yoke, for extreme comfort.

Available in sizes 1-10 (to fit bust measurements of 30-66”) and designed for worsted weight, with a gauge of 17.5 sts.

This sweater should be super fast to make! Grab a copy while the discount is on!

Another very special sweater pattern is coming out tomorrow. This time… more wintery and completely inspired by my Scandinavian experiences ❄️
A collaboration with one of my dearest companies, @tukuwool, designed for their ReSilk yarn.
