Working on finding balance in life, literally and figuratively. No one knows how much you struggle until you share it but perhaps only a few really care so you don’t feel like sharing it. This is me sharing it out here for my future self so she can be proud of my current self 🤗for putting in the hard work to take care of my health! #priority #bestrong #backpain #healthyliving #motivation Also if it stays in my phone gallery, I will eventually delete it coz Apple and Google keep asking me to send them more money… tch tch… how embarrassing for them 😜 by @tulsinam
Rock climbing is more than just climbing a wall, clipping a rope and rappelling back down. This summer, our 4-day program was about understanding the bigger picture from bouldering and sport climbing skills to anchors, cleaning rock faces, maintaining belay stations, crag ethics and what it actually takes to care for a climbing area. Because developing a crag isn’t just about bolting routes. It’s about maintaining the space, respecting the rock, and being part of the community that keeps these places alive. Whether participants were completely new to this or already had some climbing experience, the idea was to leave with more than just a few new climbing skills but a better understanding of the places we climb in and the community we are building around them. And yes, these workshops help us raise funds that go straight back into continuing our crag development work in this area. And now, it’s time for the next one 🙌 When? 🗓️22–25 October 2026 Where?📍Sethan, Himachal Pradesh If getting outdoors, learning to climb and spending a few days in the mountains sound like your kind of October SAVE THESE DATES Only a month to go. Watch this space and get ready to join us. #rockclimbing #sportclimbing #himalayas #workshop #adventure Video Editing credits to the talented @cookieman.mp4 … from the same batch. 🤗 by @tulsinam
I love my work and the life I’m building around it. But on my off days, I really like slowing everything down. And my version of a day well spent is this and it is surprisingly simple!!! ❣️ Special appearance and tasty salad by @cookieman.mp4 Training, workout, good coffee, books, food by @tulsinam
Somewhere between brewing the coffee and opening my laptop at office, I briefly convince myself that I have my life together. Anyway, there are 47 things on the list today.. But first, #Coffee!!! What’s the one thing that makes a chaoctic day feel slightly more manageable? by @tulsinam
Badami, red rock & a long weekend made for climbing. Make the most of the upcoming Ganesh Chaturthi long weekend and come climb with us, learn with the team, and leave with a few new skills for your next outdoor adventure. Three days of red-rock, open skies and good weather. Think of working on the technical side of climbing focussed on knots, belaying, lead climbing, rope systems, trad gear placements and removal, route reading, projecting and movement techniques on the wall with sessions personalised to your experience level. Spend your days training hard, projecting and pushing your climbing. And when the ropes and sun comes down, go for a swim while chasing Badami sunsets, explore the local food scenes and wind down with the crew. Led by @ind_ravi and @holyxxviii - the epic duo!!! ₹9,500 | Max 10 climbers Sign up through the link in Bio! Have questions or doubts, call us or DM! Every workshop with CDI is a small step towards a bigger dream, of developing more climbing areas in the Himalayas, continuing our work in Sethan and Chika, and creating opportunities for more climbers to go outdoors. by @tulsinam
