This is a milestone of sorts. My first completed commission as a full time artist. It's nothing too crazy, nothing extremely difficult or big. But it has a big significance to me. To many more. 👌🏾🙏🏾

Spent a few hours today working on a commission piece for Looney Tunes. The plan was to finish it today. As of right now I still have 3 hours, and about 2 hours worth of work to do. I guess we will see 😉

So yesterday I did my first Live Painting ever. it was for this really dope Juneteenth Themed Fashion show and truthfully I was really nervous cuz I never have done a live painting and they usually take forever to finish, but I was able to knock this out in ALMOST one setting. but enough of me talking, here is the piece.

I call her "UnBroken"

I started on this piece....a year...maybe two ago....
It's just been sitting in my room, leaning on the wall like a decoration....like it was already done....and that s because no one could see it. Hmm. It's crazy to think that I did ALL the pictured progress in one day, one sitting...and never returned to it.

Whelp that changes this week. I'm going to finish that this week. I'm cleaning my que of unfinished paintings before starting new projects (except the live painting on Friday 😏)

I guess my biggest fear has been the eyes....I jack up eyes like no ones business...and with these being such a part of the focal point I guess that's why I never touched it again. Hmm. We will get it sorted out tho.

In the meantime....in going to draw this chain....and I have an IDEA for her hair...but I'm curious to see what y'all think as well....what kinda hair should I give her? I want it to scream confident, sexy, and aware.... by @jayy_tune
