Human Performance 🏁
Tune Ups™
Brain–Body Maintenance System ⚙️🧠
Move with Purpose ⚡

POSTS STORIES REELS

Movement has always been the foundation.

Years of training across different sports and studying health and exercise science shaped how I see the body.

Not as isolated muscles,
but as systems that work together.

Tune Ups was built around that idea.

Training the body.
Refining the nervous system.
Expressing performance.

Weekly Tune Ups ⚙️🛠️

Train the body.
Refine the nervous system.
Express performance.

Simple. Structured. Intentional. by @tuneupsnyc

The body isn’t a collection of parts.
It’s a system.

When one system is off, others compensate.
That’s when performance drops, pain shows up, and life feels harder.

Watching him skate is a beautiful thing, Powerful & smooth.

Skateboarding is more than movement.
It’s expression.

Balance.
Timing.
Control.
Adaptation.

Movement becomes art
when the systems are tuned 🫡

This is as foundational as it gets.

Simple doesn’t mean easy.
It means it works.

Because the body and mind
respond to consistency, not intensity.

Small inputs.
Repeated daily.
That’s what actually creates change.

Follow the principles.

The ankle isn’t just a joint.
It’s a system.

It has to absorb force,
create it,
and control it in every direction.

Mobility gives you access.
Stability teaches you how to use it.

The Beauty of Running 🏃🏾

Running is more than movement.

It’s a conversation between
the body,
the mind,
and resistance.

when the mind and body tune up..
everything flows & becomes effortless.

That’s the art of running.

Morning Neural Tune Up 🧠

Before you start your day, check the system.

5 minutes to observe.
5 minutes to prepare.

Name the weather.
Don’t fight it.

Adapt. Adjust. Breathe.

Mental maintenance is part of performance.

Weekly Tune Up #1
Hip Stability & Mobility

Strong hips support almost every movement pattern.

This sequence builds:

• hip hinge control
• single leg stability
• rotational hip strength
• joint articulation

Maintenance before intensity.
