For almost four years, this idea kept coming back to me😇

I always knew I wanted to do it... but honestly, I never really had the courage. And then life happened. Other things got in the way, and I kept putting this dream aside.

Last year, everything changed.

I hit one of the lowest points in my life. I lost many things that meant the world to me, and I was dealing with a lot of fear about my future and how things would work out.

But somehow, right in the middle of all that, this vision came back even stronger. It felt like a little voice inside me saying, „Now is the time.“

Thanks to my lovely friend @lenay.spa I had the chance to bring @twerxout dance-fitness to our regular dance class in Regensburg.

From there, I just started taking one step after another, building partnerships and creating something that truly lights me up 🔥

Seeing it grow has been such a gift.

I’m so grateful for every woman who has already joined, and for everyone who’s just getting started🙏

My biggest wish is to help women reconnect with their femininity, feel more confident in their bodies, and simply have fun moving 💃

Because this isn’t about being sexy for someone else.

It’s about feeling alive.
It’s about freedom, joy, confidence, and coming home to yourself.

So thank you for making this possible.

And thanks to @twerxout for this amazing opportunity💛

the famous group picture 😆❤️✨

Those wonderful ladies just started their journey of learning, observing and growing to become a future dancer and instructor. Wish you all the best 🙏🏽 Welcome in the team ❤️✨

Also this was the LAST ZOOM INSTRUCTOR TRAING. 😳😱🥺 We say goodbye to something that has been our way of training since 2020 and now this comes to an end.

But we make space for something BETTER.

In autumn the new format will be ready🙏🏽

The ON-DEMAND instructor training, with learning more in-depth methods, get tools and a broader understanding of creating choreography, knowledge about the music genres and deeper knowledge about the dances, with extra task that need to be fullfilled.

But not over a weekend and then be on your own - no, it will be growing over a longer period of time. This will guide you better towards your goals and ensure good preparation.

The new website with courses, choreography by different teachers and so much more is there to come. We are excited to share this soon! by @twerxout
