The director of TwinInc @baptiste1deon by @twininc_performingcompany

SOKASWEAT isn’t just a workout- it’s a celebration of Trinidad & Tobago’s vibrant spirit.

It brings together the energy of Carnival, the richness of our culture, and the joy of movement- blending fitness with the heart of Caribbean traditions.

SOKASWEAT is more than cardio.
It’s US.
It’s WE.
It’s Carnival in fitness form.

Today, we honor the strength, resilience, and enduring legacy of our African ancestors whose courage paved the way for freedom. As Trinidad and Tobago commemorates Emancipation Day, may we continue to celebrate our rich heritage, uphold the values of justice and equality, and inspire future generations to walk proudly in their history. Happy Emancipation Day. 🇹🇹🖤❤️💛💚 #EmancipationDay #TrinidadAndTobago #OurHeritage #Freedom #honorthelegacyofmlk by @twininc_performingcompany

LEH WE DANCE NA!!!!!
What started as a phone call turned into to a reality as a result of companies and friends/colleagues who trusted my vision and ability reinforced the power of Community Dance.

As my first major project since graduating I wanted to ensure that I was able to provide as space that embodied Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Accessibility, collaboration among many other guiding principles.

Each company I called on responded with love and assisted me in executing this project with ease as we all agreed this is what’s needed in the Folkloric Community. I am beyond grateful and honored to be able to have worked with them to ensure the success this event was.
I’m immensely grateful to each company and its leaders, dancers and even supporters who played drums, danced, sang, and even just showed up.

Special thanks to @twininc_performingcompany @christinemark_ @belmontfreetown @youthquake.tt @a.b.a_fabricjourney and @charles_patterson1993 for making this event the success that it was. Thank you @terrydavid197 for your artistry and your continuous support towards the development of dance in Trinidad and Tobago.

This is just the beginning!!!!
Stay tuned for the next installment of
Leh We Dance Na!!!!!

This is our first time entering a limbo competition and it surely won’t be the last ,watching our journey from rehearsal to the stage is truly a moment. By keeping the culture alive we were able to embrace and learn a new skill and for that we will forever be grateful for this competition, we learned that dedication and commitment pays off in the end and the result stands for itself . For it being our first time we placed third and that to us is an achievement and even more motivation to continue working harder.

New Code Unlocked( Been holding this one for some time now)
Those who know me, know that this is something I’ve always wanted to do as I’ve never seen any other limboist light their own bar by fire breathing and I’m truly grateful that I got the opportunity to show off my talents!

Thank you for all the love and support❤️🙌🏾
