Sometimes we underestimate just how much we’ve made it through

The battles we’ve faced
The moments we thought we couldn’t handle
And yet here we are

Give yourself a little more credit ❤️

Believe before the proof🪽

The version of you who can do it is built along the way
So tell me…

What are you still calling impossible? by @tyler_xidianwolf

I USED TO TRAIN TO ESCAPE NOW I TRAIN WITH PURPOSE 🔥

For years the gym was my escape

A place where I could release all the anger, pain and emotions I didn’t know how to deal with I kept pushing myself harder getting stronger but somehow I still never felt GOOD ENOUGH

Until something shifted

I started reconnecting with the lessons my grandfather taught me to master my emotions instead of letting them control me To believe in myself and NEVER place my worth in someone else’s hands

And I made myself a promise

ENOUGH IS ENOUGH

Today I don’t train to prove I’m good enough anymore I KNOW MY WORTH 💯

I train because I FCKING LOVE IT Getting stronger, faster, pushing my limits and discovering what I’m truly capable of

But it’s bigger than the gym

I’m building the strength, discipline and character to become someone my family my partner and the people around me can rely on

And if sharing my journey helps even ONE person recognize the power they’ve always had within themselves, then that’s an impact worth making

My grandfather helped me see the strength within myself

Now I want to help others see theirs ❤️‍🔥

Make yourself ONE promise today And KEEP IT

Because the person you become starts with the promises you keep to yourself by @tyler_xidianwolf

Read Caption 👉🏾 THE CONNECTION WAS NEVER LOST 🪶

I never grew up knowing which tribe I come from My grandfather lost his mother young, and somewhere between generations, so much of that knowledge was never passed down

The language
The traditions
The stories
The knowledge of our people

And not knowing has always felt like a piece of my identity was missing
But strangely enough… I’ve never felt disconnected from my roots

I’ve always know I was guided by them

And sitting on Quin brought that feeling somewhere deeper

Everything became quiet

I felt grounded, powerful and a familiar connection to him, to the nature elements and to what I experience as the presence of those who came before me

That moment reminded me of something

I’m not searching for my roots because they’re gone
I carry them with me already

I’m searching because I want to understand them

To know where I come from
To build a stronger bond
And one day pass on whatever I’m meant to learn

Maybe I’ll find every answer

Maybe I won’t

Either way, I’ll keep following what keeps calling me back

I hear you I see you loudly, my tribe🪶 by @tyler_xidianwolf

Surround yourself with people who chasing the same goals ,not questioning your ambition,.

Keep grinding boy
your life can change in 1 year
Even when it’s dark out, the sun is shining somewhere
Look here, I paid dues!
my own worst enemy…
so f*ck it either way I can’t lose
~J. Cole

Xuxaaa I mean damnn that line always hits me

Because it’s true
Your life can change faster than you think when you decide to stop standing in your own way

Even in dark moments… when everything feels heavy… remember your WHY

Here’s the truth I’ve paid my dues
I’ve fought battles and I know there will be more!!! But I’M still here

I chose to stop being my own enemy
And now I move with strength determination and resilience

And if you’re the person who needed to hear this today:

YOU MATTER to someone 💯🪽
Someone is watching how you keep going

You might not see it yet… but you’re a trailblazer 🔥👊🏽 De una Seguimos fluyendo fren 🌊 #gymsharkmen #higherselfjourney #discipline by @tyler_xidianwolf

No one is responsible for the person you become

Your voice can move people. Your mind can shape your reality ✨

But it requires sacrifice and the courage to be seen 🔥
