It is said, "A lie can travel halfway around the world while the truth is still putting on its shoes." Those of you who have read my book LAUGH (https://a.co/d/04CzsL1S) know how real that is for me. Build a good reputation and protect it because when people that mean you harm come after you, your friends and allies will dispel their lies because they actually know you and know the truth. #ifakoyasinsights by @tyroneturnernyc

Good morning! I will be doing short, full-body weight training routines in the morning to fire up my metabolism for the day. This is in addition to the evening routines I do on Mondays and Thursdays. My challenge has been not getting enough sleep (recovery) and too much sugar (in my cofffee), and meals with heavy carbs late at night before going to bed. I know better, so I will do better. Have a great day! #15minutemuscles #nogymneeded #fitafter50 by @tyroneturnernyc
