Somewhere right now, a deckhand is sending the same CV to yet another crew agent, and a graduate is rewriting their cover letter for the fourth time tonight.

One stays calm when a charter goes sideways, the other is the person their team always turns to, and neither of those things fits neatly into a PDF. So most of the time nobody ever sees it.

We think they deserve a better shot than that. That’s why we built U-Crew for yachting, where who you are and who’ll vouch for you have always mattered, and why we’re bringing the same idea to more industries next.

What’s the best thing about you that’s never made it onto your CV?
