Yes, you read that right. Austin power trio Rickshaw Billie’s Burger Patrol stormed through their hometown on Saturday with a riotous performance at their fourth annual Big Dumb Fest, named after their 2024 album ‘Big Dumb Riffs.’ The self-proclaimed “doom-wop” troupe mixes sludgy eight-string guitar churn, tongue-in-cheek vocals and shimmering hooks that would make Weezer and Dinosaur Jr. blush. The result — as seen in this performance of “1-800-EAT-SHIT” — is gut-rumbling, head-smashing, unadulterated fun. The performance also featured new songs from RBBP’s forthcoming album ‘CA$H GRAB,’ due out this fall with more details to come 🍔 (✍🏻 / 🎥: @bryan_rolli)
