SUB 18! 🔥 17:47

Been chasing this one for a while.

Yesterday at Greenwich Peninsula parkrun I finally broke 18 minutes for 5K.

18:05 ➡️ 17:47

And it was a pretty good morning for the Jefferys… @sophie___jeffery smashed out a new PB too with 21:51! ❤️

Even better getting to do it with so many of the OCR crew there.

Running was never the bit of OCR I loved most 😂 but I've worked hard at it and it's starting to pay off.

17:30… I'm coming for you 👀

OPP 400 🔥

Just finished the OPP Season 2 400m Series and it was a banger! 🔥

Fast, technical and competitive, with loads of obstacles packed into 400m. It’s also a really friendly venue, with a great race director and trained marshals, which makes a big difference on race day. Thank you OPP team🙏

Really pleased to have won all three events this year and become the OPP 400 Season 2, 13–15 Series Champion! 🏆🔥

Definitely one to get on the calendar for Season 3. 👊 @obstacleplaypark

If you’re racing the European Championships @ocreurochamps in Estonia next year, this is a great event to get some proper race practice in beforehand. 🇪🇪

See you on the start line! 👊

Final race at OPP today and what a course to finish the series on! 💪

A huge thank you to Mark and everyone at Obstacle Playground for putting on another brilliant race and to all the marshals, supporters and everyone who has encouraged us along the way.

Can’t wait for 2027 and hopefully seeing the 14+ racing with the adults! 🙌

ELITE AT 14. 🇬🇧🤯

Really grateful to have been given the opportunity from @britishobstaclesports to race Elite at the @theuipm Obstacle World Championships in Beijing this September.

At 14, it would be a big step up and a completely new challenge for me.
After an amazing experience in China at the @spartanchinaofficial Kids World Championship. (Thanks for the photo 🙂) I definitely didn’t expect another opportunity like this to come around so soon.

A lot to think about… but it would be pretty special.

Do I go? 👀🇨🇳 #OCR #ObstacleExplorers by @uk_ocr_harry
