❓Most OEM factories are guessing. 🎣We are fishing. That is the ULF advantage. Because we understand exactly what a bait is supposed to do on the water, we don’t just take orders—we co-engineer. When you bring us a concept, we know how to engineer it for the water. Instead of 5 rounds of frustrating revisions with a sales rep who doesn't understand fishing, we give you highly accurate prototypes in Round 1. DM me if you want to build a soft glide together. by @ultralurefactory
Set-up day is done! Welcome to check out Ultra Lure Factory stand at Osaka Fishing Show 2026, remember my stand number: Hall 6-A No.17. I prepared one very interesting topwater soft lure that even Japan brands haven't created action with.. If you want to know about it and see its action? Let's meet up! by @ultralurefactory
If you’re struggling getting help to build your own bait and brand from China, this video is for you. About a month ago my bait design ability just got another level-up and so here we see this ‘ULF Design Briefing’ chart. Basically I’m going through this chart in video to show how you could actually take this into actually designing your own baits. Eventually you can land a succesfully project through this as a very first start. There’re some of info you can leave to me to handle, there’re some must need your decision; From your side: - Length - Weight - Function requirment - Enviroment that bait will be applied - Target fish - Overall swim action To ULF side: - Density - Softness/ Hardness - Water Resistance Surface - Action/ profile design diagram Hope you find my content to be useful for your business! Ps.: I’m not expert in bait design, I’ve not learnt professionally a day about it. I gained the experience by doing it everyday as a soft bait factory. So I’m going to be wrong in some aspects if you’re a master designer watching it, welcome to comment. I don’t care you’re hush or what - I just want to get better so I can provide better service for my clients. Thank you again for you all time! by @ultralurefactory

This time i was there checking status for three different hardlure projects for Europe: -checking 11 color samples before production -1 ABS pike jerkbait action sample -1 ABS jointed bait action sample -1 3D printed pike jerkbait action sample How's your experience developing hardlure so far? Anything you like from your supplier or any struggle you're having? Would love to learn, thank you! by @ultralurefactory
Recap on last week trip - 1st stop was the rod factory. With experience OEMing for D and G brand, i'm very excited for the 1st round action samples. by @ultralurefactory
You have a quite western approach to sales and communication. And you might be the best English speaking sales i met in the fishing industry. Whenever i got comments like this from clients, it brings my memory back to 2017-2020. I was working for Mr. Tony from UK. Almost about 4 years working side by side, English had become my daily tool to communicate and work. Also looking at him doing sales communication and handling problems - i learnt a lot. I'm grateful I've met a great mentor in my life. It was definitely great memories. by @ultralurefactory
Another 2 containers are ready to go around 1st week of Oct., as ULF's protocool I need to executed internal AQL2.5 final QC inspection which got me inspected and checked almost 10,000 packs of lures when i got back to factory.. it was a lot of work but i only trust myself for the final QC part. Today is actually mid-autumn festival in China, supposed to spend time with my whole family but i had to travel to the metal/ hardlure factory today and get ready for tomrrrow to inspect their production for the container. by @ultralurefactory
Look who I just met day two of Weihai show! It feels surreal, I've been following HeySkipper since 2020 when i was in Gomexus... It's funny that fishing tackle facotries here don't fish and don't follow people in the industry they're working in. Yesterday I met top1 and top2 Chinese lure brand, they walked around, and pretty much no people can recognize them😂 however they are superstar and hold biggest booths in Shanghai lure fishing show every year. One Korean customer told me that before they walk into my booth, they feel like im an angler for some reason😄 If you want easier life communicating and developing lures - feel free to reach out to me🎣 by @ultralurefactory
Finally got around to testing a (then) prototype tpe shrimp lure that I got to try from #ultralurefactory at the #osakafishingshow by @ultralurefactory
1st day of 2026 Weihai tradeshow is quite good! Met many customers from Europe, one of them asked if I've catch any fish in Europe, I guess I will share this picture took October 2024 in Berlin. by @ultralurefactory
2026 Weihai fishing show booth no.: E4-4617 Let's catch up! by @ultralurefactory
Blessed to have no.8 injection machine on its way very soon! This time we purchase one has a different heating process to current 7 machines we have. We hope to inject baits that turn out more consistently so we can QC out less lures - eventually quality&producitivity is improved for me and brands i'm supplying. by @ultralurefactory
