Little Boris loved his school teacher, but he was too shy to tell her. So every day he brought her a gift — a little baggy of chocolate covered raisins! Now, his teacher, Mrs. Zelensky, was never fond of raisins. But she ate them anyway so her young student wouldn’t feel bad. Soon she formed a liking to them, and looked forward to the chocolate covered raisins every day! Boris brought the gifts day after day. But one day, no raisins. Next day, no raisins either.
