Day 75/75 probably one of the harder challenges Iā€™ve done in awhile 2 months and 15 days flew by faster than I thought, read 3 books and manuals from my camera equipment and picked up my project 50 challenge halfway through it. @gymbluelex is one of the most motivating and inspiring gyms Iā€™ve trained at. I donā€™t think a gym defines growth or character. You can train at any gym and do whatever you want but find a gym that challenges you as a person rather than just your fitness. Grit and persistence isnā€™t defined by how much you can bench or how great you look on stage. Itā€™s defined by the determination of going one more each day and doing that extra rep for you. This gym has a strong understanding of that and does it well to express it amongst the athletes that train there @mrdalebeatty and @mrsashleybeatty do a phenomenal job of being apart of the journey and being supportive in the fitness career and your general career. You canā€™t find owners who actually give a shit about your life outside of lifting especially at a gym For those of you that are starting/wanting to start fitness I implore you to find your community and seek that support to go one more on everything you do. 75 hard isnā€™t a challenge about getting fit. Itā€™s a challenge that makes you manage your time, learn more about you, and really get you pushing past your mental limits. So donā€™t wait for a ā€œnew yearā€ to start or because you donā€™t have time. Donā€™t give me that BS, you have time. Everyone has time. Itā€™s whether or not youā€™re actually wanting it bad enough to give a shit. So donā€™t give me an excuse next time you ask me about fitness. If you want it bad enough youā€™ll do it by @umang.patell
