With every flyer, every email, and every interaction being generated by AI, get out in nature. AI could never do what Mother Nature does.

Human Connection 🌊 Touch Grass Social Club 🌊 Time in Nature 🌊 Reconnect With Nature by @umicollaborative

Real intimacy lives in the weird little things.
The habits. The quirks. The stuff that makes zero sense to anyone else. 🫠

Drop one thing your partner does that’s strange, specific, or quietly unhinged 🌊
and that you absolutely fu€king love about them.

(No explaining. No fixing. Just appreciation.) 🖤

Missed the fireworks celebrating America’s 250th? 🎆

You’ll have another chance to catch them from the @blvd_lasvegas rooftop on July 11, with views of the displays from MGM Grand, Aria, and Planet Hollywood at 9 PM.

Before the show, join us for a free evening of movement, wellness, and community. Start with a workout led by ISI Elite Training, followed by a Vinyasa yoga class taught by yours truly. 💋

We’ll also have:
✨ RAWBRY Cold-Pressed Juice
✨ Subtle Tea Bar
✨ Etho Wellness Club (cold plunge experience)
✨ The Salt Room (chair massages + mini energy cleansing sessions)

Come for the workout, come for yoga, come for the fireworks, or stay for it all.

Human Connection 🌊 Community Healing 🌊 Healing Together 🌊 Las Vegas Wellness by @umicollaborative

Most people don’t need better communication skills, they just need less armor and access to curiosity.

Instead of letting the shame of inflicting pain be the driver, allow space for curiosity and discomfort to coexist.

Healing in love is an important choice you make in the moment. To stay connected when it’s easier not to.

We recently participated in a rooftop yoga event hosted by the seriously so sweet @veronicadugann with HEARTSPACE YOGA 🩷.

Not only was it a unique and beautiful venue @blvd_lasvegas (on the same rooftop as the world’s largest @innout), as soon as the sound bowls started playing and V started the yoga sesh, all of the noise from the strip went silent. 🫠

Such a beautiful and magical event.

Can’t wait for July 11th to do it again! 🌊
