Amsterdam Diaries!! . . This song was shot here 😉 . . . #summertime #netherlands #amsterdam #lilhopeandlotsoffood #feedfeed by @underthecloche
HOME is comfort, it’s my safe space, it’s the rhythm of familiarity. Waking up to the fragrance of flowers and rain, as I walk towards the garden. Plucking the flowers to keep them in the temple bowl, or put them in the vases. Sipping my coffee while greeting the neighbours and friends. Starting the chores slowly with music playing in the background and gentle breeze swaying the curtains. Going to the studio space to bake. The convenience of having a place for everything. . My home is filled with the memories of my children. . No matter where I go, I miss my HOME. My haven. For me this is my paradise. . . #homeiswheretheheartis by @underthecloche
Georgia - Where wine originated. . From freshly baked Khachapuri to Ojakhuri to Khinkali made with herbs, walnuts and rich spices, it was a foodie’s paradise! . And not to forget the delicious Churchkhela, the local candy made with walnuts and grape syrup. It was an amazing trip. Beautiful destination. . . . #placestotravel #georgia #tbilisi #georgianfood #georgianwine #lilhopeandlotsoffood #wineanddine #travelislove #winecountrygeorgia #localgeorgiancuisine by @underthecloche
I think it was 2010, when I first heard the word ‘Smoothie’,. We were at a breakfast joint in Singapore, and I was curious to know what it was. As I only knew milkshakes, either with mangoes/chocolate/roohafza that Mom used to make when we were small. . I asked the lady behind the counter what it was and she said combination of fruits blended with some soaked oats and topped with chopped fruits, seeds and nuts without sugar. Basically, milkshake without sugar or syrups😃. I could choose a bowl or a jar. I was fascinated, but it took me few years to start making them. . Browsing through my gram I realised that in the last few years, I had made a variety of ‘SMOOTHIES’. Some didn’t make it to insta as I created my account late. Once I got the hang of it then I started experimenting with flavours, some I liked some I didn’t. . . Now mostly I make smoothies during summers when due to the heat I don’t feel like having a hot breakfast, from overnight oats to chia seeds to blending combinations, it’s been a colourful journey😃 . . Roasted chickpeas salad, with cucumber, mixed bell pepper, pomegranate, purple cabbage, fresh red chillies for the zing, and some lettuce. Also added some sesame and pumpkin seeds. The dressing was olive oil, lemon, honey, pepper, coriander. Seasoned with salt. I had some feta cheese, so I added that too. . . Perfect for the heat! . . . #saladsarentboring #lilhopeandlotsoffood #madefreshdaily #homemade #eatcaptureshare #eatstagram #eatclean #learnevolvecreate #instayum #instafood #ınstagrammer #foodstagram #keepitsimple #simplerecipes #vegetarian #nourishyourbody #onedayatatime❤️ #lifeintheslowlane by @underthecloche
I enjoy making batters. I love trying out different combinations and fermentation process to figure out what worked and what didn’t. I also pass it on to people to get their thoughts on it, usually it’s @divss_711 and @vasu_ke_rang who become my cute Guinea pigs 🐹. . . This time I had no one to test and taste🥺, had to do it on my own. . Blitzed together kodo millet, 3 types of dal, some coriander, ginger, chilli etc… I divided the batter into two batches, I fermented one batch overnight and I kept the other batch in the fridge, preferred the one in fridge than the other. Nevertheless a healthy brekkie! . . . #homemade #lilhopeandlotsoffood #madefreshdaily #vegetarianrecipes #millet #milletrecipes #indianmillets #eatlocalgrown #instafood #instadaily #bangalorediaries #eatclean #eatstagram #eatcaptureshare #learnsomethingnew #learnevolvecreate #simplerecipes #simplefood #breakfastideas☀️ by @underthecloche
Just felt like smashing some cucumbers along with roasted peanuts and sesame! Should have started making the video when I was pounding the nuts, but as always it was an after thought😃 . . . Drizzled some honey, lemon and sprinkled some freshly crushed chilli flakes! . Raw mango millet khichdi. I used barnyard millet, what came out was a tangy spicy flavourful dish. Drizzled some ghee, because no khichdi is complete without ghee. . . . #lilhopeandlotsoffood #reelsinstagram #dailyfoodfeed #feedfeed #instadaily #dailygram #instagood #bangalorefoodies #simplerecipes #bangalorediaries #vegetarianfood #milletrecipes #mangoseason #keepitsimple #homecookedfood #thursday by @underthecloche
Soaring temperatures! . Beating the heat everyday, made some millet and whisked it with curd, some tadka and the instant mango pickle that I made yesterday. . . One day at a time! I got a lot of amla from a friend, and I am not particularly fond of it, though I know it’s extremely good for health. I like the amla pickle that’s all. . So I called Mother dear, and asked her for help, she told me what to do and I dutifully made my own version🤭 . . It turned out nice. Spicy and tangy, and got over soon. . . Feeling very 90’s today so the song from that era! Happy Weekend folks!! Easy peasy and delicious carrot chutney. Added mint for the zing! . . By the way I dipped some Doritos in it, and it tasted good. . . . #chutneyrecipes #chutneys #lilhopeandlotsoffood #reelsinstagram #dailyfoodfeed #feedfeed #instadaily #dailygram #instagood #bangalorefoodies #bangalorediaries #simplerecipes #reelitfeelit #vegetarianfood #accompaniments #dipsandspreads #easyrecipes #fresheveryday #indianfoodlovers #indianfoodtales #foodstagram by @underthecloche
