EVERY PERSON HAS A STORY. 🥊

Every person who walks through our doors comes with a story.

Different backgrounds. Different struggles. Different reasons for starting.

Some come to build confidence.
Some come to improve their physical and mental health.
Some come to challenge themselves.
Some come to escape the pressures of everyday life.
And some simply come to find somewhere they belong.

But regardless of where their journey began, once they step onto our mats, we’re all working towards something greater.

We don’t just see fighters. We see people.

People overcoming fears, breaking barriers, building friendships and becoming better versions of themselves.

At Undisputed Fitness & Martial Arts, it’s never just been about punches, kicks or techniques.

It’s about the people, their journeys and the community we build together.

Different stories. Different journeys. One family.

RESPECT ABOVE ALL.

Martial arts isn’t just about learning how to fight—it’s about building discipline, resilience, confidence, and character. Watching our members journeys unfold is inspiring, from the first steps on the mats to the growth we see today.

The journey continues. One class, one challenge, one victory at a time.

Whats would be / is your reason….?

Different ages. Different abilities. A shared commitment to getting better.

At Undisputed, everyone has a part in helping someone else grow. Together, we’re building confidence, friendships and a community we’re proud to be part of.

Train together. Grow together. Respect always.

Honoured to deliver a martial arts session for @westham youth team players. ⚒️🥊

A great opportunity to share our passion and explore the discipline, focus and coordination that connect martial arts and football.

Thank you for having us and giving Undisputed FMA the opportunity to be part of your development. Respect above all. 👊

From Thailand to East London 🇹🇭🇬🇧

An honour to welcome Muay Thai legend Ajarn Wat and his son, Aut Jidtiwat, to Undisputed FMA for an amazing seminar. So much knowledge shared, so much learnt, and plenty of fun had along the way! 🙏🏾🥊

Thank you both for sharing your experience and passion for the art with us. A day to remember for the Undisputed family. 🖤

🥋🖤 A PROUD MOMENT IN UNDISPUTED HISTORY! 🖤🥋

Some moments mean more than words can ever express. This is one of them. ❤️

From a little girl who first stepped onto our mats at just 5 years old, to becoming the FIRST Black Belt in Undisputed FMA club history! 🥹🥋

We’ve had the privilege of watching her grow, not just as a martial artist, but as a person. Through every challenge, every setback, every achievement and every lesson, she has continued to show the dedication, discipline and determination that this art represents.

Her Black Belt grading was no easy task:

💪 100 Sit-Ups
💪 100 Squats
💪 100 Push-Ups
🥊 Technical Work & Pad Work
🥋 Forms
💥 Board Breaking

But this Black Belt represents so much more than what she accomplished on grading day.

It represents years of hard work, perseverance, sacrifice, courage and never giving up.

As coaches, there is no greater reward than watching a student grow from those very first nervous steps on the mats into a confident, strong and determined Black Belt.

To say we are proud would be an understatement. You’ve earned every bit of this achievement, and we couldn’t be prouder of the young person and martial artist you’ve become.

You may be our first Black Belt, but you certainly won’t be our last. You’ve set the standard and paved the way for those who will follow. ❤️

This is more than a grading. This is history for our club, and a moment we will cherish forever.

Once a student, always family. 🖤

Congratulations from everyone at Undisputed FMA. 🥋🏆

Confidence you can see. Enjoyment you can feel. 🥊😁

At Undisputed FMA, our kids’ programme helps children build focus, discipline and coordination while making friends and having fun.

With encouragement, practice and small achievements, they learn to believe in themselves, respect others and keep trying when things feel challenging. Skills they can carry into school, home and everyday life.

Building confidence, discipline and resilience from a young age. 🥊🔥

At Undisputed FMA, our kids’ martial arts programme is about so much more than learning how to punch and kick.

We focus on developing confidence, respect, discipline and self-belief, while encouraging every child to challenge themselves, learn new skills and reach their full potential.

Through hard work, consistency and a supportive training environment, we’re helping shape stronger, more confident young individuals both on and off the mats.

Strong minds. Strong bodies. Bright futures. 💯

A time was had! Big shout-out to @ajarn_wat and his son @a.jidtw for an incredible seminar.

Real gems shared, plenty learnt, and good energy all round. Was a privilege to learn from the legend himself. We are always students of the game.

More footage to follow.

Shout out to @fight_series_ & @kmt.muayth to help organise this.

Big up @vision_cre8_studio

Hard work.
Commitment.
Dedication.

At Undisputed FMA, every session is a chance to sharpen your skills, build your confidence and push a little further.

Some days you’ll feel the progress. Other days, just getting on the mats is a win.

Keep putting in the work—we grow together. 🖤
