"Trigger" ๐Ÿ’œ Have you ever been triggered by something from your past? Tell me in the comments. ๐Ÿ–ค October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month. So many of us carry things quietly, not realizing how they keep shaping us underneath. This is what PTSD can look like years later โ€” how one small thing can take you right back. To be clear: I wrote this song. The video uses AI images to bring it to life โ€” but every creative property here is mine, generated by me. This is a collaboration, not an AI project. Healing isn't a finish line. Getting set back doesn't mean you're failing. It means you're human. If you're still in it โ€” you don't have to stay. If you're out and still healing โ€” me too. Let's heal out loud. If you or someone you love needs support: National Domestic Violence Hotline โ€” 1-800-799-7233 (call or text). You are not alone. ๐ŸŽต "Trigger" โ€” written by me. STORYTIME, part 1: The Beginning โœจ Every record has a beginning โ€” and this one starts with the people God placed in my path when this journey was just getting started. Let me tell you how I became part of Ten City's "The Next Generation" project โ€” the beginning of "Release." Parts 2 and 3 are coming this week. ๐Ÿ–ค ๐Ÿ™ This story begins at the home-going of Byron Stingily's mother, where I was honored to sing. Keeping her memory and the Stingily family in my prayers. ๐Ÿ™ For Your Consideration โ€” GRAMMYยฎ Awards ๐Ÿ™ Best Dance/Electronic Album: "The Next Generation" (@officialtencity, track 12 ft. yours truly ๐Ÿ˜‰) @byronstingily #ForYourConsideration #Uneqka #Release #TenCity #HouseMusic #NervousRecords #Storytime #TheBeginning #TTPMG #AgapeCollective by @uneqka

Faith without works is dead. ๐Ÿ–ค Sunday we took church outside the walls โ€” live music, art as therapy with the community, books for the babies, and mental health resources for our neighbors across Chicago and the south suburbs. This is what we're commanded to do: love our neighbor, feed the hungry, comfort the hurting, and remind every soul that they are seen. Healing is spiritual work, and music is one of the ways God lets us do it โค๏ธ South side meets south suburbs. One community ๐Ÿ’š๐Ÿ™๐Ÿพ๐ŸŽถ Come worship with us at Cornerstone Christian Fellowship โ€” 4101 Flossmoor Rd, Country Club Hills, Sundays at 11 AM with Pastor Keith Williams. I don't post enough about what I'm actually doing lol ๐Ÿ˜Š My life is like a movie โ€” shows, speaking engagements, community work โ€” and I never slow down to share it. That changes now โค๏ธ This weekend was truly amazing ๐Ÿ–ค Saturday I discovered adventure therapy out on the water, and it has me rethinking my whole entire career lol ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ’š More to come... โœจ #Uneqka #FaithInAction #CommunityHealing #AdventureTherapy #adventure #chicago #therapy #WellnessJourney #NatureHeals by @uneqka
