Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is lie still and listen 🎶

Sound baths use soothing vibrations from singing bowls, chimes and rain drums to help release tension, quiet mental chatter, and support a calmer nervous system. All you have to do is show up and breathe.

Good news: we have classes with sound baths all week. Check our schedule at the link in bio and pick your session. by @unionyogasd

Well, this just made our whole week ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Meet Miya 🧘‍♀️

She's a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher and psychology student who brings mindfulness, intention, and connection into every class.
Her vinyasa-based sequences build mobility and strength while encouraging self-acceptance, resilience, and a deeper awareness of the body. Each class is built around a meaningful theme to support you both on and off the mat.

With two years of experience working with students and staff at the University of San Diego, Miya creates a welcoming space for all experience levels.

Her classes are a reminder that you can challenge yourself, and that there's strength in slowing down, listening to your body, and choosing rest when you need it 💙 by @unionyogasd

We've been waiting to share this one 💙

We are so excited to welcome Kate Beckel to the Union family as our newest teacher and she's bringing something really special with her.

Kate will be leading Trauma Informed Hatha Yoga every Thursday from 9:00am–10:00am.
