🤨 Did you hear my mind? ‘Should I, shouldn’t I…go on…just have one!’ 👹 Through looking very closely, I can only see that the problem is within us. Through a misunderstanding, misuse, and a poorly conditioned mind, we have fallen prey to the one and only true problem - THOUGHT. 😴😴😴A night time chill for you. 👉 If there could possibly be any real purpose to this social media game, myself and @markbrooksfilms have decided to commit to 1 year. I promise to only share my personal experiences…nothing else. So whatever you hear or read, is either a current affirmation/practice, or something that has personally worked for me. 🌀Breathing slowly will calm you down. Thoughts can stress you out. So why not switch attention. 🙃 I have learnt to not give as much importance to thought as I used to. 🤔 Is this a portrayal of cocaine addiction, or is it a portrayal of a turbulent mind? Addiction is our common ground…why? A combination of trauma, misplaced wants and needs, and identification with thoughts. 👉 My industry is fitness, and contrary to popular belief, it is not filled predominantly with healthy people who have gained complete control over their lifestyles. Addiction is everywhere - addiction to food, unhealthy addiction to exercise, encompassing body image issues and eating disorders. And there are many who are using exercise as a means of breaking food and recreational drug addictions. 🙃 Addiction in any form is tough. We all know this because we have all tried and failed many times to break addictions/bad habits. But it can be done. 🙏🏻 At first…you must make peace with where you’re at. Do not battle with your impulses or your mind. 🏃‍♂️ Know that this is a long and delicate journey…and you must be determined. 👉 Set an intention of where you want to go and then take action, step by step, slowly does it. 💙 Releasing and letting go of past trauma is very important, so support from a professional therapist is advisable. And look into lots of healthy distractions. Meditation/breathwork/cold water/ exercise/yoga/pilates. 🔥And stay strong…because you are strong. Anxiety management and prevention breathing. The 4-7-8 comes directly from the ancient yogic science of Pranayama. Follow this powerful parasympathetic activator and let our ancient warrior theme empower you. Breath holding for ‘7’ brings life into the body, whilst the prolonged ‘8’ exhalation talks to the nervous system - ‘I AM CALM.’ Once calm, the mind has clarity and rationality. Circular coherent breathing - for restoring balance to body and mind. Slow the breathing rate and feel soothed by our mystical chants. Stress shortens and shallows the breath - creating imbalance and illness. Our circular breathing does the opposite, giving you conscious control over your stress and your health. Join our Patreon today for the full 5min version and start lowering your stress levels! #breathingexercise #breathingtechniques #breathwork #selfcare by @unstoppablemindset1

I work hard on my persona, building an image to believe in, one I can inflate by constantly portraying only the good in me. That is why social media is so good for us, yet so devastatingly destructive - it’s a platform for people who are hiding a side of them they are not willing to face. There is not only good in me, there is not only good in any of us - an individual who says he’s good is the devil in disguise. The devil is nothing but an outward expression of repressed and suppressed parts of our nature. I cannot tell you what these are, you would inevitably judge and condemn me - but you would also be judging and condemning yourself. For you are me and I am you - we share a collective sickness which we hide behind the mask we wear. But it’s a sickness with a cure, and the cure is the light of your own consciousness. This bright conscious light, shining on what needs to surface, what needs to be faced and what needs to be accepted is our cure for a neurosis of mass proportions. Evolution will happen when we stop looking at the evil in others and condemning it. It will happen when we admit that the very same evil is in ourselves, locked away, deep in our subconscious as a troublesome and menacing energy. 🙏🏻 You will not know the power of conscious breathing (breathwork, pranayama, chi,) until you have integrated it into your lifestyle. 👉 Myself and the team are just getting started, the channel will build over the next 12-months. ✨Blessed to have the talent of @markbrooksfilms and @l2a2official backing this all the way. ☹️ Imbalance in the nervous system causes illness. Deep and attentive breathing will restore balance - FACT!!
