Your Secret Sanity Saver! 🤓

I know how you feel. My book club starts meeting in two weeks, and the thought of hosting in my own home puts me into cold sweats. 😅

Even if I could panic clean for guests, I’d still have to cajole my husband and kids into making themselves scarce for several hours.

But now, you e got a solution — host your next gathering in our super cute Base Camp! It’s a clean cozy space that’s perfect for groups of up to 15.

For more rental info and to check availability, tap the link in our Bio. 🙌

And gimme a ❤️ if you also have hosting anxiety like me. 😆 by @upcountry_base_camp

If you can’t find me, check the floor 🤪

Seriously, how crazy is it that we have to break in order get a break?!? 🤷🏼‍♀️

Thanks to our super funny down-the-street-neighbors @palladianconsignment for the funny reel idea! Definitely give them a Follow or swing by to see all their great finds. 🧡

🎉 What BIRTHDAY Dreams are made of!

When you book your event at Upcountry Base Camp, you unload so much of the stress hosting a party can cause.

You walk into a fully decorated space with activities already setup and staffed for your friends.

You can actually be a guest at your own gathering, and actually ENJOY yourself. Can you even imagine?!? 🤩

For Lucy Ann’s 10th birthday our staff helped the girls decorate hair clips, painted their nails and had them relax with spa face masks. She said it was her favorite birthday so far! 🙌

Do you have an upcoming event we can help you with? Comment PARTY below and I’ll send you the details. 🥳

This is the age where party planning gets tricky.

She’s outgrown bounce houses, but going to a fancy dinner seems a little too boring adult-ish.

She still wants the laughter and the memories. And more than anything, she wants to feel like this party was made with just her in mind.

That’s why parties at Upcountry Base Camp work so well.

The craft activities feel a little more grown up. The friendships grow a little deeper. And for two hours, they get to be exactly who they are.

A Stress-free 1st Birthday is Possible! 🙌

Keeping up with a toddler is hard enough. So we get that the thought of inviting all your family and friends — along with their kids — into your home is terrifying. 😳

And if hosting your precious baby’s very first birthday at the average indoor jumpy place also is NOT your vibe, then we’ve got an amazing option…

💡HOST YOUR PARTY AT OUR PLACE! 💡

Upcountry Base Camp is a cozy party venue that’s perfect for 20 people or less.

It’s already adorably decorated.

You can plan your own party activities or we can help

You can bring your own food & drinks.

When the party is over, leave the clean up to us! Because you deserve to enjoy this moment too! 🧡 by @upcountry_base_camp

Follow us for more gardening tips! 👍

Turns out we’re NOT good at keeping the plants alive on the front porch of Base Camp. 🍃

But we’re REALLY good at holding onto fake flowers we bought from IKEA over 8 years ago. 🫠

So to free up much needed shelf space in the Upcountry Camp warehouse — AND refresh our planter box — my fabulous friend @jamie1171 combined the two projects.

Have you set your Intentions for 2026?

The new lunar “Year of the Horse” starts next month. 🐴

To help you, we’re hosting an Intentions Setting Workshop at Heavenly Hills Ranch. You’ll get to interact with gentle horses and absorb their positive energy. 🐎

Then we’re taking inspiration from the Swedish Dala folk-art ponies to craft our own Intentions Horse. 🎨

I added ribbons to my horse. The mane represents what I want to focus on. And the tail is what I’m letting go of.

You’ll receive an Intentions Worksheet, as well as your own wood horse, and loads of arts supplies to let your creativity flow. 🏇

Make sure your year gets off on the right foot — and join our workshop! 🧡

4:30 - 6:30 PM, Sunday, Feb 1

107 Bozeman Rd, Madison MS

All supplies and light refreshments provided.

Tickets are $60 per person, and $40 for teens. Link in Bio to sign up. Seating is limited! by @upcountry_base_camp

Where are you going in 2026?

The new Lunar New Year starts in mid-February. It’s changing from the Year of the Snake — which explains an awful lot 🐍— to the Year of the Horse! 🐴

This is our time to boldly move forward. 🐎

But before you speed off, take a beat to really ponder what direction you want to go in. 😌

Join us at Heavenly Hills Ranch (the pretty red barn on Bozeman Road) to love on some real life horses and then create your own beautiful priorities for the year. ✨

We’ll individually work through an Intentions Plan and then decorate Swedish-style wood horses with these focus areas in mind. You can let your creativity flow in a no-pressure, fun setting. 💫

All instructions, supplies are provided. Along with light refreshments and beverages.

This is the perfect activity for mothers & daughters, sisters and best friends to do together. Or come on your own and meet new friends! 🧡

Space is limited to only 15 participants. Sign up TODAY! The link is in our Bio.
