POSTS STORIES REELS

Your mentor is living the same game he’s helping you navigate. 🏒

Real experience. Real guidance. Real mentorship.

Have questions about the Upfront Mentorship Program? DM us “MENTORSHIP” and we’ll help you out. 👊 by @upfrontsportsca

Everybody sees the games. Few see the work behind them.

The early mornings. The extra reps. The days you show up when nobody’s watching.

Don’t just fall in love with the games. Fall in love with the work it takes to get there.

Results won’t always come right away, every day you show up, you’re building something.

Take pride in the work nobody sees. That’s where confidence is built.

Keep showing up. Keep stacking days. Trust the process. 👊 by @upfrontsportsca

MENTORSHIP MONDAY — Find Your Purpose.

Goals give you something to chase. Purpose gives you a reason to keep going.

For Coach Wilmer, finding a purpose means looking beyond the goal of reaching the next level and connecting your work to something bigger.

Hockey can be about becoming a better player — but it can also be about becoming a better teammate, person, and leader along the way.

Find something bigger than the result.

Siggy question of the day: Gym Edition 💪🏋️‍♂️

A big part of our Signature Summer Program happens off the ice, and we’re grateful to have Tanner, Oli and the team at the High Performance Center pushing our guys in the gym all summer long @tssportsperformance

Tryouts are right around the corner.
We’re running two high-paced skates designed to mirror common tryout formats, with rush chances, in-zone play, small-area games, and high-speed execution.
