As Riverbank continues to grow alongside Modesto, it’s important that we approach regional development thoughtfully, collaboratively, and with a long-term vision.

This is not about opposing growth. Growth is inevitable and will bring opportunity when planned responsibly. This is about making sure development decisions are coordinated, sustainable, and respectful of existing communities, infrastructure capacity, and long-term regional planning goals.

The proposed Tivoli North project is a significant development immediately adjacent to Riverbank’s city limits and long-term planning area. Because of its size and location, it has the potential to impact transportation, infrastructure, schools, emergency services, agricultural land, and future growth patterns throughout our region.

The City of Riverbank has requested a thorough environmental review process and strong intercity coordination as the Tivoli North moves forward.

The North County Corridor deserves serious consideration as a logical long-term planning boundary between Riverbank and Modesto as both cities continue to evolve.

Riverbank residents deserve to have their voices represented throughout this process, and we remain committed to advocating for thoughtful planning that protects the long-

Thank you to everyone in our amazing community who came out to celebrate at the Riverbank Christmas Parade and Holiday Market, your smiles, cheers, and holiday spirit made the evening unforgettable. A huge thank you to the @riverbankparksandrecreation team for doing an incredible job hosting such a wonderful event, and to @riverbanktuesdaymarket_ for putting together a fantastic holiday market full of local vendors and festive finds.

And of course, thank you to Santa and Mrs. Claus for making a special appearance and spreading Christmas cheer! ❤️🎄

🚧 Traffic Advisory – Claribel Road Closure 🚧
Claribel Road in Riverbank will be closed from Friday, November 21 at 9 AM through Saturday, November 22 at 9 PM for planned work at the Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad crossing.

This closure is part of an ongoing Stanislaus County North County Corridor project, and we appreciate everyone’s patience while regional improvements move forward. For any project-specific questions, Stanislaus County is the best point of contact. www.northcountycorridorphase1.com
