• This is a love SOUND dedicated to my inner child. I produced this two years ago. But I think it was meant to be shared. “I just want to let you know…we made it🤎✨• #SanaiaBamboo #ToTheInnerChild by @uvani.bamboo

• if boundaries are offensive or not being considered then what does that say about the state of that relationship (partner, family, friend, colleague, career etc)? It says that someone needs to start choosing those who are more focused on growth than being right. 🤎✨• by @uvani.bamboo

• I took one of the most luxurious baths this morning🛀🏾 got out and patted my skin dry. I still smell amazing 5hrs later 😩😍😍😍 as if i just got out & my skin is so soft I didnt even have to moisturize to be honest. These type of baths are quite spiritual for me. I pray & set an intention before I submerge & play music that aligns with my soul. I’ve been doing these whenever I feel that I need a reset.

I used a lot of ingredients this time lol but it was worth it. I soaked for about an hour & higly recommend that anyone reading this start taking spiritual baths. I always use different ingredients each time to customize it for the reasoning behind the bath 🛁 this time I used:

• a few pumps of pure vitamin e oil
• about 6 cloves
• turmeric powder
• dried flower petals
• 1 cup of oatmeal
• two table spoons of honey
• 2 cups of milk
• a squirt of witch hazel
• 3/4 of peroxide
• a dash of 90% alcohol
• epsom salt
• lavender oil
• a pot of boiling hot ginger tea
• marshmallow & warmed sugar vanilla essential oils for fragrance
• pure liquid castle soap 🧼 by @uvani.bamboo
