Welcome to my weight loss journey. My entire life I’ve been overweight, fat, chubby, obese, big, plus sized. Even now I’m in that category. But let me tell you about perseverance. It’s real! I keep going and pushing through my physical pain for ME. It’s possible with focus, persistence, motivation, and realistic goals I didn’t gain this weight overnight is certainly not going to come off overnight. I’m not trying to be a supermodel, I’m just trying to be healthy and look good in my clothes if you are new to this VSG journey just know make small goals turn into bigger goals. Don’t put too much on yourself. Listen to your body and trust the signs. #vsg #wls #blackwomenlosingwweight by @valvirgogirl
