The sacrifice, the patience, the consistency, the work.

The smirk you can see when you see the results playing out.. 😏

Progress… 💪🥰

Just realized that March 5th 2025 was the first day I stepped foot in the gym and never looked back…
So what better than to compare to March 5th 2026 🔥😜
About 60 lbs lighter, but I’ve gained so much more.

✨ Happy First Day of Work to Meee! ✨

May seem like a silly thing to celebrate, but a little *vulnerable* backstory:

After I had Cameron, I had terrible postpartum, and decided to stay home longer.
***Queue COVID lockdowns 🙄***
Shawn and I decided that I should say home with the kids, complete my Masters and go to NP school.

I learned quickly that being a SAHM is not as easy as it seems, not to mention how lonely it is. I gained probably 80 pounds and have had moments of horrible depression. While I love and will never take for granted the endless time with my kids, I also learned the value of adult interaction, critical thinking, and balance.

I couldn’t have survived this chapter of my life without my amazing family and husband. The love, support, PATIENCE 🤣, and all in between is absolutely never forgotten.
