You’ll find me at the Pilates class that has a sound bath afterwards. Enjoy a 20 minute sound bath after a 40 minute Pilates class. If you’ve never experienced a sound bath this is your chance to rest and indulge in a unique experience.

📅 OCTOBER 2nd @7pm by @vanessajbest

I feel so lucky that this is the community I get to serve. It’s been a year of hiring DJS, finding rentals, building friendships, and having fun time. I am endlessly grateful that so many of you are by my side supporting the vision I dreamed up.

If you’ve found me and stuck around! Thank you!! You’ve found your place. You’ve found your people. It’s Pilates, it’s DJ nights, it’s a low stress environment where you can talk to the girl next to you.

I am so proud of this. I am thankful for all the supportive people in my life. @jenniferjusticegallardo who inspired me to go for it and keep working on it. @laurennmbest who listens to all my ideas and tangents and my mother who makes sure the little details are in check. My family, my friends. @theferalcreative and @kbender1 for making class happen in Colorado. To ALL of you. Thank you.

Special thanks to all my DJ friends. You all are seriously the best and I would not be here without you all.
Now if you could reshare this post. It helps so much 💜😌

This is for you if you are starting wellness goals, have a business, want to start one, want to create more room in your life for fun.

Your sign to bring a big to Pilates is here because it’s a fun time giggling at their pain. So many told me it’s harder than they expected it would ever be. by @vanessajbest
