POSTS STORIES REELS

Two cheaters again..😀
Dad and daughter, papa and beti reels, family content, Indian parents by @vanyahundet

1. They melt down when the screen goes off.
Not a small whine — full meltdown mode, like their whole world just ended.

2. Everything is “boring” unless there’s a screen involved.
Toys, books, you — all rejected. Their brain’s hooked on that quick dopamine hit, and real life can’t compete.

3. You repeat yourself five times and get zero response.
But the second the show ends? Suddenly their hearing works perfectly. 👀

4. “I’m tired” — after doing literally nothing physical.
Their body’s been still for hours, but their brain’s been in overdrive. That’s screen fatigue.

5. They’ve started copying the characters they watch. Not the fun kind of copying — the loud, whiny, hyper, can’t-sit-still kind.

6. Mood swings out of nowhere.
Calm one second, snapping the next. That rollercoaster is usually screen-related.

7. You’re catching them sneaking extra time or fibbing about it.
They know the rule — but the craving is stronger, so now they’re bargaining like little lawyers.

8. Sleep has gone downhill.
Screens throw off melatonin. Even “fast” sleep ends up shallow and restless.

9. They stopped asking you to play.
A screen is easier than effort — and you’ll feel that gap.

10. Everything outside of screen time turns into a complaint.“This is boring.” “I don’t like this.” “Why can’t I just watch something?” — on repeat.

⚠️ If 3+ of these sound familiar, it might not just be screen habit — it could be regulation, or a way to dodge discomfort and boredom. Time to step in with structure, not guilt. It’s not about cutting screens out completely — it’s about rebuilding connection and focus, one screen-free moment at a time. ❤️

Made a quick chart on how to get rid of all that screen time — follow and comment HOW and I’ll DM it to you 🧡

A glimpse of the E4 Circuit at The Premia Academy ✨

What I loved most was seeing students confidently present their projects, explain their ideas and communicate what they had actually learned.

From creativity and teamwork to research and public speaking, it was truly learning beyond textbooks. ❤️

A wonderful experience to witness!

Admissions are open at The Premia Academy.

This is what balance looks like in a happy family. 🤍

Not a perfect routine.
Not a perfectly managed home.
Just two people showing up for their family, so neither has to do it all alone. ❤️
