Bringing new light to our classroom. We worked in collaboration with @wgssprintshop with original art by one of our Gators to create this mural. We also updated our posters as well. Our school community is so talented. #newprints #gardenmural #anthonybourdainquotes #yourhtrainintrades #oneseasonrestaurant by @vccculinaryartssd35

#latergram We filled the kitchen with the smell of freshly baked bread! Is there anything better. #vccculinaryarts #sd35 #youthtrain #freshbakedbread by @vccculinaryartssd35

#latergram We were so fortunate to have @verifiedcanadianpork and @tarynleebarker with us for the 3rd year in a row. Chef Taryn is a @walnutgrovesecondary grad and is always great to have her back inspiring a new group of students. We also welcomed our friends from @isscaf to learn with us. #latergram Learning collaboratively creates deeper learning. Our WGSS class had the honour in November to work with our fellow @culinaryvccsd42 Youth Train class on our beef butchery unit. What a fantastic experience watching the students learn together and build new connections. Thank you @culinaryrebelsgss for sharing your kitchen with us. Looking forward to collaborating again soon. #collaboration #beefbutchery #youthtrain #skillstradebc #vccculinaryarts by @vccculinaryartssd35

Our PC 1 elves were busy this week baking over 5000 cookies for some very deserving people. Learning multiple different kinds of cookies and bars. We can check cookies of our to do list. @vccculinaryarts #bakingunit #christmasbaking @youthtrainintrades @stbc walnutgrovesecondary by @vccculinaryartssd35
