She laughed.
She talked trash.
Then leg day started 😈
10/10 would do it again.

DM “TRAIN” if you want workouts that actually work

Scale of 1–10… how bad would this leg day humble you? 😭🦵🏽

Just finished working out and Big Worm pulled up 😂🍦
I was only supposed to ask what they sell… then the Friday quotes started coming out.

“Playing with my money is like playing with my emotions.” 😂

Balance, people… balance. 💪🏾🍦

Who remembers Friday? 😂👇🏾

A little less gym, a little more life. 🥂
Good food, good energy, and a night out with the fellas. Balance looks good on me.

When he started, there was no magic formula just a commitment to become better. Over the last 3-4 months, he stayed consistent, trusted the process, and earned every bit of this transformation. Proud of you, brother. More work to do, but this is proof that consistency changes everything. 🔥💯

This is what happens when you stop wishing and start working. Proud of my client for earning every result. 💪🏾🔥

I took a step back, focused on life, business, family, and growth behind the scenes. But now it’s time to lock back in.

The mission hasn’t changed. Build. Inspire. Lead. Win.

Expect more workouts, more content, more transformations, and more of the journey.

Let’s get it. 💪🏾🔥

Jazmine trusted the process for 1 year.

No shortcuts.

New year or not… I’m locked in.
Smiling because I know what it took to get here and I’m not letting up now.

👉🏽 Comment “LOCKED IN” if you’re serious about elevating this year.

2012 me wouldn’t believe this life.
No confidence. No direction. Just frustration.

I didn’t wake up disciplined.
I built it.
I failed more times than I can count.
But I never stopped starting over.

This isn’t just a fitness journey
it’s proof that consistency changes everything.

If you’re at the beginning… keep going.

Your journey starts when you decide.

DM ‘READY”

What year did YOU start your fitness journey? 👇🏽

Stop letting fear kill your future.
Everything you want is on the other side of action.

Fear will keep you comfortable… and stuck.
Your future deserves more than that.

Save this. Share it. Then move.

Most people only show up when it’s convenient.
When it’s loud.
When someone’s watching.

But the real progress?
It’s built right here.
Quiet. Boring. Uncomfortable.

No camera.
No hype.
Just discipline.

If you want 2026 to be different, you can’t move the same.
Tap in. Lock in. Show up especially when no one’s watching.

👉 Comment “LOCKED IN” if you’re done making excuses.

Growing up, Christmas looked very different for me.
We didn’t have much, and gifts weren’t really a thing.

For a long time, I didn’t enjoy Christmas at all.
But those seasons shaped me. They built resilience, hunger, and gratitude.

Now, being able to give back to my family and make sure my loved ones feel loved means everything to me.
Christmas isn’t about what I receive it’s about what I can give.

Grateful for the journey. Grateful for the growth. Merry Christmas 🎄🤍

(Transformation Over the Years)

This isn’t just weight loss.
This is years of learning my body.

• Lost 100+ lbs
• Got too skinny trying to shrink myself
• Learned how to eat, train, and build
• Now 230 — stronger, healthier, and in the best shape of my life

Progress isn’t linear.
It’s about finding balance, discipline, and patience.

If you’re stuck between “too heavy” and “too skinny,”
I built something for you.

My 6-Week Transformation Program is LIVE.
This is for people ready to lock in and actually change.
