nowstalgia: The premature longing for the present moment driven by the subconscious awareness that time is passing and the experience will eventually end

This is about missing or grieving a moment you’re in because you don’t want it to end. You’ve prayed for times like these, but you ask why they can’t last longer. It’s inevitable that the moment changes and shifts, and you have to go back to your everyday life. But you reminisce on the memory, almost like you’re stuck in it. ⏳ by @veawrites

this poem is about having a dream about someone who is no longer in your life. feeling happy and comforted in the dream but feeling the weight of it once you’ve woke up. the grief and the emptiness, because you loved that person so much. and having a hard time of letting go completely.

p.s. I’m okay lol, I wrote this last night because I got inspired ;)

- question of the day: is it better to have loved and lost, or to have never loved at all? by @veawrites

this is about feeling like life is getting a bit too serious and how you miss your childhood because you might've taken advantage of it. by @veawrites

A gift God has freely given us is peace, his peace is where we find refuge, joy, and comfort. Jesus is our dwelling place, our home, he loves us so dearly. 🤍 “And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Jesus Christ.” Philippians 4:7 by @veawrites

This poem is titled ‘Beauty’

A testimony of when I was in the midst of insecurity and listening to the devils lies, Jesus meets me in my storm and reassures me with truth.
