When lemon loaf cake meets cheesecake 🍋🍓

Every time I want to bake something easy but tasty and indulgent, I either go for a loaf cake or a cheesecake.
This time, I couldn’t choose between the two, so I didn’t.

- lemon loaf cake
- vanilla whipped cheese cream
- homemade strawberry jam

100% plant-based 🌱

Which one would you choose? 🍋🍰

My version of the viral London cake

— dark chocolate and coffee sponge
— dark chocolate ganache
— whipped salted caramel

And finally the sun in Berlin!

This is my vegan version of @theboywhobakes slab cake; the one that had people queuing at bakeries in London and NYC. I finally understand the obsession.

Original recipe on @theboywhobakes substack. Go there to check it out!

This is 100% plant-based 🌱

This season is my favourite one 🍓
Every shade of red:
- dark chocolate ganache & berries tartlet
- strawberry tartlets
- blueberry & cream tartlet
- strawberry & lemon tartlets
- mixed berry tart
- berries & tonka tartlet

Even the simplest tartlet can turn into something special: a thin fruity veil and suddenly everything changes.

Salted caramel, peanuts & chocolate tart 🥜
Vanilla sablé, salted caramel with crunchy peanuts, dark chocolate ganache, peanut butter cream, and a whipped chocolate ganache dusted with cocoa powder to create a matte velvety texture.
The flavour combination is inspired by the iconic Snickers, but it is 100% plant-based and reimagined as a refined tart. It is for sure a sin of gluttony and the perfect vegan dessert for a very special weekend.

Chocolate Peanut Cake (V & Gf)🥜🌱

• Soft gluten-free chocolate sponge
• Peanut butter cream
• Salted caramel
• Roasted peanuts

I’m clearly in my peanut rediscovery era.
In Italy, peanuts are more often enjoyed on their own, especially after a meal, around Christmas.
I’m in love with adding them to desserts and with their pairing with chocolate. I cannot help continuing matching them.
