POSTS STORIES REELS

감사합니다. by @veronicaj0088

From afar, flowers. Up close, popcorn.

A world that watches even the downfall of others, munching on popcorn. 🍿🩰

How do we look at art?
Is beauty enough?
We admire it.
We preserve it.
We give it value because we want it to remain.
But must art remain in order to have value?
On the final day of the exhibition, this work will be destroyed.

What the Body Remembered

The body leaves,
but the movement remains.
What was repeated, worn, and lived
settles between the pages of memory.
Like a sentence once read,
like a pair of shoes once danced in.
What the Body Remembered,

The Taste of Ballet

Beauty sometimes tempts us
in its sweetest form.
Layers of time and effort,
filled with desire.
Are we looking at beauty,
or are we consuming it?

Like seasons, moments come and pass.
Even now, we feel the quiet passage of time.
Among the countless moments that drift away,
what remains in our memory,
and which moments do we choose to keep?

The Rhythm Between Us
Within the same music,
each body moves through a different moment.
Movement repeats,
and the spaces between bodies become a beat.
Different moments pass by one another,
briefly forming a single rhythm.

by @veronicaj0088

The Tremor Within

Where does uncertainty begin?
Does the turbulence of the outside world seep into us,
or does something that has always existed within
reveal itself through the world around us?

Even when the body comes to stillness,
the tremor within does not easily disappear.

We carry that tremor with us,
continuing to move, continuing to live.

by @veronicaj0088

Afterimages of Uncertainty

Movement disappears,
but its tremor remains.
Wherever the body has passed,
faint afterimages overlap.

Todos los momentos desaparecen.
Y, aun así, intentamos aferrarnos a ellos.
¿Qué es lo que no queremos perder?

Ogni momento scompare.
Eppure, cerchiamo di trattenerlo.
Che cosa non vogliamo perdere?

Every moment disappears.
And yet, we try to hold on to it.
What is it that we don't want to lose?

Art expressed through the body disperses like smoke.
Has it disappeared,
or does it remain somewhere?
