We are excited to bring you our final workout for the CT Moms of Melanin Fall into Fitness Series. It has been so fun getting to check out different coaches in CT and see what they have to offer our mamas for their fitness journeys. The coaches at H.E.R. Studios are truly top notch. Come check out Coach Dess in action at her spacious and empowering gym on Thursday, November 5th for a Full Body Flex strength-based workout.

The investment is $20 to join. Reserve your spot at the link in any of our bios!

If cost is a barrier to participate, please DM to let us know.

We can’t wait to see you there 💪🏾💪🏿💪🏽💪🏼 by @veronicasvessel

When was the last time you really danced, made something, and just enjoyed yourself? 👀

10 days from now, we’re making room for all three.

💃🏾 MOVE
🎨 MAKE
🥂 MINGLE

Some of us women and mamas are really good at prioritizing ourselves, others not so much.

This event is for all of us and it will be intentionally intimate.

Come with your girls. Come solo. Just come ready to play.

Did y’all get your tickets to Move Make & Mingle yet?

3 more weeks left until you can come party and create with me 💃🏾🎨🎶🧵

I created this night with mamas in mind but it’s a night for all women to gather. For us to put down all that we carry.

I created this night because I know the power of shaking our ass as a form of release. I know the power of activating our creative joy, forgetting about the to do lists, pausing the productivity and letting our inner child come out to play.

I know summer is coming to an end but there’s already plans for your Fall schedule and before it gets too cold. There will be a variety of crafts, food, drinks (cocktails and cocktails) all included any our ticket price. Details below

I forgot how much I love making things and how freeing it is to shake my ass & sing my heart out to good music. I miss having spaces to dance. I miss being crafty.

Sometimes as women and especially as moms, we get caught up in nurturing, going after our goals, doing, producing and creating magic for others. We get really good at taking care of everything and everyone and sometimes we forget what it feels like to simply be, play, and create for ourselves.

So I’m creating a night for us to do just that.

MOVE, MAKE & MINGLE
A creative night out made with moms in mind and open to all women.

Come dance. Come make something. Come have a drink. Come meet somebody. Come as you are.

In case you missed my stories, event details are dropping tomorrow for something I’ve been dreaming up all summer ✨👀 #Hartfordevents #connecticutevents #momsnightout #girlsnightout #dancing by @veronicasvessel

I don’t play about honoring my vessel through 1) reflection, 2) release and 3) restoration. Learn more below ⬇️

1. Reflect 📝: I carry a lot. I overthink. I get anxious. I have so many ideas. All of which needs to get out of my head so I create space daily to journal, make a brain dump list or record a voice note. This allows me to get out what’s on my mind without judgment and then I read it back or listen to witness my truth.

2. Release 💃🏾: Our vessels carry us through life and they hold so much. Our skin, our muscles, our ligaments, and our cells. I dance, stretch, shake, workout or move my body everyday as a form of release. I tend to my vessel in this way so that I can let go of the stuff that’s not mine from my day and experiences, and to create space for relaxation & whatever else I need to welcome into my life.

3. Restore 🧘🏾‍♀️: I know what it’s like to try to pour from an empty cup so I’m going to fill mine up as often as possible. In small amounts and big ones. I’m not just talking about a glass of wine, getting my nails done or booking a massage. My restoration and self-care doesn’t need to be grand or cost money. Sometimes it’s spending time in nature, coloring, writing poetry, being creative, putting my phone on DND, taking a NAP or reading a book. Most times it’s just connecting with my breath and my womb, meditating, and drinking a cup of herbal tea. Daily doses of self-love that restore me so I can fully show up as a woman, wife & mama.

Save the date for a space for you to do the same. 10.10.2026, Hartford, CT.
