I reflect on the people and emotions that shaped this poetry collection. Each poem is paired with a personal story and emotion. #whyipublish

No blueprint. No pressure. Just me—doing me.

My testimony? I’m over 100 pounds down. 💪🏾
But it didn’t start with a treadmill—it started with a shift in my mindset.

I focused on my mental health, my desire, and my willpower.

Love where I am—but I’m still putting in the time for the next set of goals. Progress takes patience. Strength is earned.

Wearing my Verses of Life merch because the message matters:

💪 Love the body. Earn the strength.

Let it remind you daily—this is your journey, and you’re built for it. by @versesoflifebook

🎥✨ Packing My Book gift Box for The View! ✨📦

I put together something special for the ladies of The View—and of course, Bri Guy, this one’s for you too, @brianteta! Inside this press box is more than just my book, Verses of Life: Through Chapters of Love—it’s my introduction, my words, and a gift to a show that has been part of my daily life and inspired me along the way.

Each box includes:
📖 A signed copy of my book
📝 A personal note + a special poem for each of the ladies
✍🏽 Ode to the Ladies of The View—a poem for all of them
📰 My bio, a press release (with another poem), testimonials, and a Q&A sheet—just in case they want to know how I’d fit at the table 😉

Everything is wrapped with care, sealed with my gold-embroidered emblem, and packed inside a world map blue box, tied in red with crinkled blue paper for the perfect send-off. But… there’s one problem. 😅

I know I can’t bring gifts when I visit the show today, so where do I send them? Hoping to find out! I truly hope the ladies enjoy my book, my words, and this special gift.
