🍂🍃 #BalanceUpToBeStrong Yoga Challenge 🍃🍂
April 7-11

Strong is the most powerful word in any form you can imagine! Sometimes when we do poses it doesn't come easily and it's tough.

It is pack with highs & lows-movements that will try your resistance, and it will drive you to overcome the fear inside of you! And the experiences you will learn on your way to the top will only make yourself stronger and better.

We make a failure and that's the obstacles slips out around during our yoga journey and sometimes it hits between the line of your work. It's a process that we all faced it and that makes the yoga fun.

It teaches us in so many different experiences even though we may lose our balance and that's ok, it only make us more aware and proud to get that powerful energy and intense mind, body and soul to be strong!

So join us this 5 day of fun #BalanceUpToBeStrong😀 and show your balancing to us🙋‍♀️
