On April 5th, something sacred unfolded🙏🏻
My heart, my body, my soul… all reborn alongside my Nikolas☀️

On Easter Sunday, at 41 weeks and 5 days, he arrived, just as God had written long before I ever understood the plan.

For 38 hours, I rode the waves of intensity and surrender.
The most challenging, yet deeply transformative journey of my life.
I moved through a strength I didn’t know I carried,
guided by something greater than myself.
Held by the love and support of my husband, mother, father, and amazing midwife ❤️ @whispering_lotus_homebirth

And all of a sudden, when I thought I couldn’t anymore,
I gave way to LIGHT.

In that moment, we were born together…
him earthside, and I, remade as his mother.

What once lived quietly as a prayer
now rests gently in my arms.

I am forever changed, forever grateful, forever his.

Niko, you were woven in love
and brought into this world embraced by it!
I cannot wait to grow beside you, my sweet sweet boy❤️ by @viceplatt

How much I dreamed of this moment… yet it’s more beautiful than I ever imagined.
What once lived quietly in my heart has unfolded with such depth and meaning.
I hold our baby in my womb, but you have held me so intentionally through it all. @pelonsaenz
Te amo!

Ever since I knew I wanted to be a mom, I knew I wanted a homebirth.
I envisioned a space that felt calm, spiritual, and deeply empowering.

A few years ago, when I was teaching yoga at a studio, I met Chloe. When she told me she was a nurse midwife, I remember saying, “How cool! Maybe you can help deliver my babies one day.”

And everything aligned the way it was supposed to…
Last year, she made the bold move to start Whispering Lotus. And in July, we found out we were pregnant.

From week 10 of pregnancy until yesterday, our final 6week postpartum visit, Chloe guided us through every step of this journey.

Every home visit felt less like an appointment and more like a wise friend coming over. We’d sit and talk while she checked baby’s heartbeat, measured my growing belly, reviewed labs, and answered every question with so much care and presence.

And then came my 38-hour labor.

Through every wave, Chloe remained calm and grounded. I’ll never forget being in transition in my bedroom, crying because I felt discouraged and exhausted.

She hugged me tight and said:
“Victoria you are so strong, and I’m so proud of you. Now get out of your thinking mind and come back into trusting your body and baby working together. You are so close to meeting your little one.”

Those words carried me.

There is something so powerful about entering motherhood feeling supported instead of dismissed, empowered instead of fearful, cared for instead of rushed.

But to be truly seen.
To be held through the vulnerability and transformation of bringing life into the world.

Every mother deserves that kind of support.
And I truly believe the world would feel different if more women received it.

Chloe, the gratitude I have for you is something I’ll carry forever. You helped me bring my baby into this world in the way I had always hoped for.
I know you will continue to bless more families with your gift🙏🏻👼🏼

Hoy celebro no solo tu vida mami mía,
sino todo lo que has sembrado en la mía, y la gente que te rodea.
Brillas más que nunca!✨
Y ojalá el mundo te vea como yo te veo,
con amor infinito. ❤️🌷💐
