A little over a year ago, Victor started training with me and watching how much he’s changed has been really cool. He owns a hair salon, works long days, and spends a ton of time in the same positions. So yes, we’ve worked on strength, mobility, and completely changing his posture but the biggest win has been awareness. He catches the patterns now. He knows when he’s sinking into certain positions at work, he understands what his body needs, and he has the tools to actually do something about it. That’s the part of coaching I care about most. Whether someone works with me remotely, hybrid, or just drops into class, I’m always trying to get to the root of what’s going on and create changes that actually fit their life. Custom. Sustainable. Simple. I use technology to make the process easier, and I educate you as we go so you actually understand what you’re doing and why. I’m not interested in just counting reps. I want you to leave knowing your body better than when you came in. Victor is such a good example of how this work can carry into everything your energy, your confidence, your work, and how you show up in your life. Proud of you, Vic. I’m currently taking on fully remote 1:1 clients, hybrid clients in Tucson, and I teach classes every week if you want to drop in. Apply through the link in my bio by @vickii_licious
