V6 Mushroom @boulderparc // Day flashed this bad boy, slowly getting back into it before I start running again (im gonna be gone for 5 days 😭😭😭) by @vicosbeta

V6 Mooshroom // Time to go back on a climbing hiatus 😅 by @vicosbeta

The Road to 225lbs (1 rep max) is now over. Feels nice to get it done before my trip 😫. I usually do stories for my chest days but this one is one of my personal achievements outside of climbing. This was my goal back when I used to go to goodlife a lot and looking at it now is soo satisfying.

Thanks to all the spotters who helped along the way and all the people who gave me advice on what to work on or how to improve

Next goal: pause reps with 225lbs and 2-5 reps of it as well by @vicosbeta

MAY CHALLENGE WITH THE BOYS

ended up taking 4 rest days in total during the challenge

reached my goal of getting back in shape and where i was before so even though we were suppose to do a month of just straight up gym, those rest days helped us recover and get stronger

biking day/cardio day
(Total Distance: ~50km)

special guest star vince 🫡
went from my place to whitby, took us 2.5hrs

we beat our pr for our bike ride (previous: 3.5hrs, w/ mountain bikes) so that hour difference with road bikes is HUGE

decided to take GO train back home cuz by the time we would get home it’d be pitch dark + flies r annoying

played ball after with the BOYS so we got extra cardio going lool
