There’s something quietly powerful about putting one foot in front of the other when your mind feels loud.

The Mom Walk for mental health isn’t just movement for me, it’s air for my thoughts, a pause button on the overwhelm, and a reminder that I’m a person beyond the endless list of “mom duties.” It’s where stress gets to stretch its legs, and where I get to come back to myself, even if just for a mile.

Some days it’s about healing. Some days it’s about survival. Most days it’s both.

But every step says: I’m still here. And I still matter too. 🌿💛

For the first day, we decided to take a leisurely walk around our neighborhood 3x, which added up to 1.05 miles! Then we followed with some outdoor playtime!

It’s not too late to sign up and track your progress to walk with us 💜 @honest @honest_beauty @meliaorlando @themomwalkco #MomWalk4MentalHealth by @victoria_rose_124
