What did it take for you to go all in on your business?! What did it take to go all in on your faith?! *To read the full story - click⏏️ iCloud LINK 🔗 up in my BIO. This is just the beginning of where I’m headed in faith and business. I finally realized I was so misaligned. Let me know your thoughts. Keep the #faith and keep practicing with all your heart @yogalifecntr #godsplan #yogastudio womanownedbusiness by @victoriousyoga1
There are many signs on the path you choose. Turn this way. Don’t go that way. A sign is a feeling. It’s a knowing. It’s a question. It’s a whisper. It’s a pull of your heart . I chose yoga. I chose healing. I chose peace. I chose Love. I have always believed GOD is guiding each of my steps. God is teaching me. God is redirecting me. I’ve listened to his whisper. I’ve waited until he knocked my door down. I choose God because God chose me first. Thanks be to God and my parents for planting the 2 most important seeds of God and Love in my heart . I can do nothing without God. I’ve tried. I am everything because he loves me. Amen people. Keep praying. Keep practicing. GOD is good. ✝️🪷🙏✌🏼❤️‍🔥 What have you tried on your own and how is that going ? #godsplan #yogalifestyle #practiceandalliscoming #womanownedbusiness by @victoriousyoga1
Don’t allow people to” should” all over you! Also don’t “should “all over anyone else! Practice awareness, pause, take a deep breath, listen, feel, then do or say what is best in the moment ! If you can’t share your ideas, or vent your feelings about a situation without hearing this …kindly remind the person to “should “ all over themselves! Most people come with good intentions but you cannot receive anything helpful with the “you should”approach. Responding “you should” have done this or “you should” have said that only makes you feel small, as if your ideas are not valuable or as if you have not done or said the right thing. Keep listening and take practice with all your 💜heart! #practiceandalliscoming #womanownedbusiness #yogastudio #godsplan #loveyouryoga by @victoriousyoga1

To my family of followers and new friends …I’ll ask you to put these lyrics on repeat and tell you that yoga gets better with age. I hope you never lose your sense of wonder. You get your fill to eat but always keep that hunger. May you never take one single breath for granted. God forbid love ever leave you empty-handed. I hope you still feel small when you stand beside the ocean. Whenever one door closes, I hope one more opens. Promise me that you’ll give faith a fighting chance. And when you get the choice to sit it out or dance. I hope you dance . Yoga is love, it’s therapeutic, it’s my work, it’s a my expression, yoga is a metaphor for my life. The older you get the better yoga works for your mind, body, and soul. Aging is a reality of life but with consistent practice a new wisdom arrives to help you navigate the challenges you may face with more awareness and bold thinking instead of shrinking. I’m very excited to share my studio space and my heart with all my fellow entrepreneurs, teachers and coaches that want to carve out a space to share their talents and be a part of something bigger then themselves. Email me @ yogalifecntr@gmail.com for more information about studio rental . Keep practicing with all your heart and take practice with me @yogalifecntr ✌🏼🩵🙏 #practiceandalliscoming #ihopeyoudance #yogastudio #mokenaillinois womanownedbusiness by @victoriousyoga1
🌿 ROOTED IN SUMMER 🌿 A Restorative Yin Yoga Experience Inspired by Living in Season I’m so excited to finally share this special event with you! On Saturday, July 25th, I’ll be returning to the Chicago area to lead an afternoon of gentle restorative yin yoga, breath practices, reflection, and seasonal wisdom inspired by the themes of Living in Season. We’ll explore the idea that has been speaking to so many lately: ✨ What if the season outside isn’t the season you’re experiencing inside? Together, we’ll create space to slow down, reconnect, and honor the season we’re truly in. 📖 A book discussion and signing will follow the practice. This event feels especially meaningful because it’s taking place in Illinois, where so much of my teaching journey began. To my Illinois friends, students, and yoga family—I would absolutely love to see you there. 🌿 Rooted in Summer 📅 Saturday, July 25, 2026 🕞 3:30 PM 📍 Yoga Life Center 19820 Wolf Road Mokena, Illinois Register at: yogalifecntr.com Whether you’ve been part of my journey for years or are just discovering Living in Season, I’d be honored to share this afternoon with you. One breath. One reflection. One season at a time. 💛. #livinginseason #livinginseasonbook #inspiringchange #restorativeyinpractice #rootedinsummer @victoriousyoga1 @yogalifecntr by @victoriousyoga1

Reminder flexibility is not limited to the lack of mobility in your physical body but in your mind as well. To shift the paradigm and rewire old patterns of limited mobility or even close minded thought patterns it takes practice. Adding intentional new practices of breath and movement linked together repeatedly like stair climbing and yoga re wires your old patterns physically and mentally. I often incorporate yoga and stair climbing to save time and level up my body and brain performance. This is why 👉🏼”Yoga Gets Better With Age !” @yogalifecntr Side note: Teachers and Wellness professional ! Rent space for your clients and workshops at our studio. We are flexible and our studio has the calm vibes you need!
