POSTS STORIES REELS

In honor of Halloween, a few of the many roles I get to play on any given day… 😂🤍

Functional medicine provider, peptide educator, unofficial therapist, personal trainer, cheerleader, FDA investigator (still waiting on those answers 😂) && occasionally the person who just needs to say, “Okay, tell me more…”

But in all seriousness, I truly love what I do. No two days, appointments, conversations or patients are ever the same, and that’s one of my favorite parts of this job. Every day brings a new opportunity to learn, teach, connect, problem-solve and help someone feel better.

I wouldn’t trade the adventure for anything. Grateful for the patients who trust me, the team I get to work alongside, and the opportunity to do work I’m genuinely passionate about.

Happy Halloween! 🎃🤍

P.S. Which version of me have you met? 😂 by @vidalmedical

Girl, you should NOT be feeling this way. 😤

Caryn is a total boss baddie. Medical device sales, on a plane every other week, running her life like a CEO. A former competitor who knows how to work hard.

But at 51? Bloated no matter what she ate. Hormones at basically zero. Tired, worn down, and SO over it.

Here’s the thing: working harder wasn’t the answer. She needed someone to actually look under the hood. 🔍

So we tested everything (gut, hormones, food sensitivities, genetics, full labs) and built a plan around HER: → Healed her gut → Brought her hormones back to life with her doctor → Fed her to build muscle, not shrink → Made it work around her crazy travel schedule

2 years later, this queen is:
✔️ Building muscle at 53 and training 5x a week 🍑
✔️ LDL cut nearly in half (171 → 89)
✔️ Gut doing great
✔️ Hormones restored
✔️ FREE from food obsession

You can have the big career AND feel amazing in your body. You don’t have to pick. 💅

Why Your Thyroid Test May Be Normal But You Still Feel Off🫶🏻
•
We discuss how thyroid symptoms like fatigue, weight gain, and hair loss are often misdiagnosed when only standard tests are run. At Vidal, we look at the full picture—hormones, inflammation, and metabolic health—because symptoms rarely occur in isolation. If you still don’t feel like yourself, there’s usually more to the story. Comment ‘thyroid’ below to get scheduled.

A reminder that acne treatment isn’t 1 size fits all! ✨

This transformation highlights our patient’s experience with spironolactone, a prescription medication that can help manage hormonal acne.

By addressing androgen activity that contributes to excess oil production, spironolactone may help reduce breakouts over time.

Every skin journey is different, and results depend on individual factors and treatment plans. The goal isn’t perfection… it’s finding an approach that supports your skin and your confidence!

If you’re struggling with persistent acne, a personalized medical evaluation can help you explore your options. 🤍

🎃 Your hormones don’t know it’s pumpkin spice season. But they definitely notice when your habits change. 👀
Shorter days. Less sunlight. More time indoors. Different routines.
Fall is a good time to check in!!..Not because your body needs a “reset,” but because consistency is what keeps you feeling your best.
☀️ Get your daylight
💪 Keep moving
🥩 Prioritize protein + whole foods
😴 Protect your sleep
🧪 And if you're due for labs, book them.
Use this season to check in with your health and understand where your numbers stand going into the months ahead.
No fall reset. Just a fall check-in. 🍂💜

👀 Curious what an expert would choose?

👉 Swipe 👉 to the end to see which fighters one of our Hashimoto’s experts is adding to their lineup.

What if we started thinking beyond simply managing symptoms? 👀

The body is constantly communicating through complex signaling pathways.

Understanding those signals can completely change the way you look at health, recovery, inflammation, and performance.

In this video, we’re breaking down one fascinating area of regenerative and integrative medicine (yes, the word had to get a little creative 😅).

If you’re a practitioner, coach, or just someone who wants to better understand what’s actually happening inside the body, my course breaks down the science in a way that’s simple, visual, practical, and actually fun to learn.

✨ Learn the science. Understand the signals. See the bigger picture.

Comment “COURSE” and we’ll send you more information.
