No but seriously, we’re one day away and I’m STILL struggling with 6kg wall balls. I’ve got 4kg down pat, so sucks that the 2kg extra made the biggest difference. Should’ve practised with it earlier 😩

Or maybe I should’ve just done a solo so I didn’t need to do these men’s weights lol.

Spent my birthday (last week) a little differently this year.

I’m usually all about big celebrations: lots of people, laughter, love, and everyone I care about in one room.

But I realised I don’t actually know how to spend time with just me. So I started the day solo, and honestly? It was so, so peaceful. Made me realise that I need to do more of this!

Don’t worry though, the celebration is still coming in true Vidhi style, after HYROX is done ;)

Thank you for all the love and wishes 🤍

Just under 2 weeks until my first Hyrox and the reality check is HERE 😅

When I bought tickets 6 weeks out, I was so optimistic and off to a great start. Now race day’s getting closer and I’m realising this is actually hard. It’s a huge endurance race and I’ve never really run before, so I’m finding that quite challenging.

Then there’s learning the new movements at the men’s weights for mixed doubles - I finally found a groove with 4kg wall balls, then tried 6kg today and could hardly do any reps, yet alone continuous ones 🙃

Trying to compare myself to how far I’ve come, not everyone acing it online. So here’s my reminder - I’m not an athlete, it’s amazing I’m doing this at all, and it’s only upwards from here 💪

We’re in the last 90 days of the year, and here’s how I’m trying to make them better.

I’ve scrolled past a lot of post-it walls this year. But my to-do list is long, my ideas are endless, and I struggle to start more than I’d like to admit. So I’m giving it a go now, with a system behind it.

1. The whiteboard: the plan. Each project mapped out to the end of the year, broken into tasks every week.
2. The wall: one small but meaty task on tomorrow’s post-it, written the night before. Complete it and it comes off. Don’t, and it stays up, staring at me.
3. Sundays: review day. What’s still up, why, and what next week needs.
4. The notebook: every idea that pops up mid-work goes here, so it’s out of my head and not derailing me.

3 days in. 87 more to go.

What’s the one thing you keep putting off starting?

I’ve scrolled past plenty of the post-it wall reels all year, convinced they were more aesthetic than accountability. BUT… it’s time to accept that my current system is clearly no longer working.

So here I am, with 90 post-its for the last 90 days of the year (Oct 3 onwards). Turning it into an actual system today. Part 2 of how I’ll actually use it soon.

Anyone else doing the 90-day thing?

I’m trying to run more… but how do people make this FUN?! I’m finding it to be more of a mental game of how long can I push, rather than stopping due to tiredness.

SO please share your tips and tricks on what keeps you going for longer... podcasts? playlists? audiobooks? Anything and everything please!

Soo we did a thing, and now I’m scared 😅 But it’s time to show ourselves that you can really do whatever you set your mind to when you’re willing to push yourself and put in the work.

Wish us luck 😂

I love food 🤤 here are some of my delicious Italian eats.

Honestly the biggest surprise of this trip? I normally struggle with bloating and stomach cramps after lots of pasta and cheese back, but in Italy… nothing!

Really says something about how simple, fresh ingredients treat your gut so much better than the processed versions we’re used to. Sometimes the “unhealthy” food is actually the healthier one 🍝🧀

From slow mornings, long drives, and way too much good food.. to 3 days of music with the most beautiful backdrop in Lake Como.

This Italy trip was the perfect balance of all parts of us ❤️

Some places make you slow down without even realising it and Tuscany was exactly that. 🍷🍃

Between the winding roads, vineyards and little hilltop towns, we found ourselves with nowhere to rush to and it was exactly what we needed.

We stayed in the Chianti region this trip which was so amazing, but after catching a glimpse of Val d’Orcia along the way, I already know what road trip is on the agenda for next time. 😁

Two weeks. Five cities. Countless bowls of pasta, a few too many scoops of gelato, beautiful views, long drives, late-night festivals, and memories I’ll be thinking about for a long time.

Italy, you were everything everyone said you’d be… and more. 🇮🇹❤️
