We are pleased to announce we have hired Frankie Valdez as our new Director of the Girls Volleyball Program for Grades 4-12. Frankie brings an extraordinary depth of experience as both an elite coach and former professional athlete, and we’re excited for him to join Viewpoint.

With more than 14 years of experience at the highest levels of volleyball, Frankie has built a distinguished career centered on athlete development, program leadership, and competitive excellence. He currently serves as Director of Sunshine Volleyball Club (Valley) and as Head Volleyball Coach at Louisville High School, where he has led the program to three consecutive CIF tournament appearances and guided a successful transition from Division 6 to Division 2 competition.

Throughout his career, he has coached athletes to multiple NCAA All-American honors, national titles, and collegiate scholarships at top programs across the country. As a former NCAA Division I athlete at Cal State Long Beach and an accomplished international professional player, Frankie competed for the Dominican Republic National Team and played professionally in Venezuela, Puerto Rico, and Turkey.

In his new role, beginning Monday, February 2, Frankie will oversee our Girls Volleyball Program in Grades 4-12, with a focus on:
Building strong technical foundations at the younger levels. Developing confident, competitive student-athletes in Lower, Middle, and Upper School
Fostering leadership, teamwork, and character, on and off the court

We are confident his leadership will elevate our volleyball program and inspire our student-athletes for years to come.

My heart is full. 💙

Today our high school girls came to support our amazing 8th graders who will soon be joining our high school program, and moments like this remind me what we are building here at Viewpoint.

To our 8th grade girls — congratulations on making it all the way to the finals. What a battle, what a season. You fought hard, stayed together, and represented yourselves with pride. We are so proud of the growth, toughness, and heart you showed all season long.
