Keep holding on 🖤

If you'd have told me at the start of this year that I would be doing an aerial hoop photoshoot I would have laughed. Astonishingly, here we are!

Thankyou to everyone who has been part of my hoop journey so far, special thanks to @aimeevwalker_ for being the most amazing instructor ever and making me feel like anything is possible.

You all seemed to like it when I climbed on bedsheets, so what about when I drop back down to earth?

Thankyou to @kellygentlemanaerialist for all your help with the straddle! 🫶

I once had someone ask me if my mum knows that I climb on curtains. The answer is yes, who doesn't? 🤣💪

Thanks to @kellygentlemanaerialist for putting up with how confused I got over this belay! 🫶

Proud moment, but I've FINALLY achieved one of my all time aerial goals!! This has taken me over 2 years to finally get. I could have given up, many times I damn nearly did. Thinking I'm not built for this, I know what I need to do but my body just won't do it, I was so close last week and now I feel 5 steps behind again.

Now to do it again!

So much love to @aimeevwalker_ for always believing in me even when I got frustrated and started overthinking, honestly could not have done this journey without you 😘😘😘
