What could 12 weeks of stepping outside your comfort zone do for you?

Introducing MOVEMENT ACADEMY — THE COMPLETE TRANSFORMATION.

A 12-week training experience designed for those who are truly ready to make a change.

Over 40 coached sessions, you’ll explore five disciplines:

🔥 MOVEMENT — Learn handstands, cartwheels, crawling patterns, rotations and new ways to control your body.

💪 STRENGTH — Build functional strength and develop your physical capabilities.

🥊 MARTIAL ARTS — Challenge your coordination, precision, timing and discipline.

⚔️ STEEL MACE — Explore rotational strength, stability and full-body control.

🧘 MOBILITY — Develop greater freedom of movement, flexibility and body awareness.

But the transformation doesn’t stop with physical training.

Throughout the program, we’ll also challenge your habits, mindset and self-discipline through personal challenges, reflection and new experiences.

You’ll learn how to approach difficult skills, overcome obstacles and take greater ownership of your development — principles you can carry into every aspect of your life.

If you’re genuinely ready to challenge yourself and make a real transformation, this is exactly what we’ve created Movement Academy for.

Training can develop more than physical abilities. It can also be a way to practice principles that apply to business, leadership, and everyday life.

Pattern recognition: Learn to identify recurring patterns, understand cause and effect, and recognize what works under different conditions. In business, this helps identify opportunities, anticipate problems, and make better decisions.

Systems thinking: Understand how different parts interact to create a whole. Just as muscles and joints must coordinate to produce efficient movement, teams and departments must work together to scale a business. Optimizing one part doesn’t necessarily improve the entire system.

Balance: Physical balance requires constant adjustments to changing conditions. This provides a practical way to explore adaptability, which can also be applied to mental and emotional regulation, work-life balance, and knowing when to push versus recover.

Trade-offs: Every change creates gains and limitations. More resistance may develop strength but reduce movement freedom. The same principle applies to business and life: growth versus stability, performance versus sustainability, ambition versus presence.

The goal isn’t just to improve performance in an exercise. It’s to use training to understand principles that can improve performance across different areas of life.

Train the movement. Understand the principle. Apply it beyond training. by @vilmerknutsson

Your mind has a script.

A script is a pattern your mind develops from past experiences, especially those connected to strong emotions.

It shapes what you expect from yourself, others, and the world.

For example, if you’ve repeatedly experienced betrayal, you might start expecting people to let you down.

Eventually, you may see danger even where there is none.

But your script isn’t your destiny.

Here’s how to start changing it:

1. Notice: What situations repeatedly trigger strong emotions?
2. Question: What am I expecting to happen, and why?
3. Challenge: Is this expectation based on what’s happening now, or what I’ve experienced before?
4. Experience: Try responding differently. Allow new experiences to challenge old expectations.

Change takes time. Understanding a pattern doesn’t automatically erase it.

But the more you recognize your script, the more freedom you have to question it.

Your past may have shaped your expectations. It doesn’t have to define your future.

What you love and where you dream of going is way to important to ever back down

If you can see the risks and dangers it means you have the power of perception

If you train it right you can see the opportunities aswell

Stick training, call it kung fu, mobility or meditative movement

It challenges how the brain sees, understands and executes these coordination drills

I think it’s a fun way to practice being present, in addition to sitting with breathwork, or meditating for example, going slowly, feeling the movement, closing your eyes and listening to some magical music

Im also very fascinated by how the shapes show up in a lot of movements, the circles, the 8’s, throws and twists and how with practice, the body can translate it to a sort of ”universal language” of moving

I love it

You should try it by @vilmerknutsson
