"Pressure creates a diamond in me." Another amazing conversation with one of our team members. This isn't an overnight story; everyone on the team is intentional about their growth. That is what I hope to inspire. 📸@artistryfocused #entrepreneur #mentorship #houstontx by @vinnydeleon3
Take a moment and really sit with this question. Because once your goals start becoming real, that’s when the real game begins. #mentorship #entrepreneur by @vinnydeleon3

Stories I like to hear #mentorship #entrepreneur by @vinnydeleon3
Set high standards from the very beginning, especially when hiring. The people you bring onto your team represent your name, your brand, and everything you're building. You're not doing yourself or anyone else a favor by lowering your standards to accommodate them. Lead with grace, but never compromise your standards. by @vinnydeleon3
Success comes at a cost. Few recognize the sacrifice, and even fewer are willing to make it. That’s what separates those who succeed from those who don’t. #mentorship #entrepreneur by @vinnydeleon3
Last year I was teaching this on Vagaro's iconic stage. Everybody wants multiple locations. But a second shop doesn't multiply your success. It multiplies your systems. If your first shop has problems, a second one just gives you problems in two zip codes. Businesses don't grow because you open more doors. They grow when you learn how to run ONE. When you read the numbers and know exactly what position you're in. Get one right. Then grow. 💈 by @vinnydeleon3
I'm honored to be nominated for Vagaro's iconic.26 Awards — Barber of the Year and Educator of the Year. If you've sat in my chair or learned from me, I'd appreciate your vote: https://www.vagaro.com/pro/iconic-awards — pick Vinny DeLeon in both categories. No sign-up needed, just pick and submit. Thank you. by @vinnydeleon3
From visiting the clients, to my garage, to a small apartment corner, to owning barbershops, I’ve been hustling. #mentorship #entrepreneur by @vinnydeleon3
Just having fun. 30min haircuts. 45min haircut and shave. Stop overthinking what you know how to do. by @vinnydeleon3
